Called on a Monday was told that the answering service would get in touch with a tech. Never called back. Simply a joke. Take your services elsewhere!

I called on a Friday late afternoon and the phone was answered by an answering service. I explained that I had no hot water and needed service. I was told she would get ahold of the tech on call and have him contact me. Never happened. I called someone else and they came right out.
I called them again 4 days later and again the phone was answered by the service. I asked to speak to someone in the office and was told she would pass the message on. No return phone call. I don't know how they stay in business.

We used Mile High to repair a broken water pipe, and then again to replumb the domestic waterlines throughout our house -- a major project. They were always quick to respond to our calls and texts, and prompt when we had immediate needs. The project was extensive, but they worked fast, did excellent work, and were always respectful and polite when in our home. Jamey, the owner, was also attentive and helpful, and always gave us the time we needed to understand the situation, the project, and our options. We highly recommend Mile High Plumbing!

What a joke of a business . You guys rob people and don't tell them that you charge for drive time. When you clearly stated your crew was in town. I'll be sure to let everyone that I know not to use this service.

They never respond to calls! 5 times i requested service and a return call, I even promised overtime pay if he'd come after hours and still no return call. At least he could have called to say they were too busy but to have an answering service which isn't even in this state answer and then nothing-really bad. Finally called Ready Router and Roto Router and they both promised same day service and could provide it. Both were great. Then had others tell me that Mile High Plumbing is known for never returning calls.
