Mile High Plumbing & Air came out to diagnose the problem but never followed up with a quote or service, leaving my family and me hanging for a couple of weeks during a heat wave.

My home warranty had Mile High Plumbing and Air do a service call on our A/C where the condensation line was leaking. AJ came on a Friday evening and recommended installing a condensation pump and a few other miscellaneous items. Great. He couldn't perform the work that day, so he said he'd send me a quote and provide his report to insurance the next day (Saturday). This was during a heat wave, so I asked I asked him to come back out as soon as possible.

I didn't hear from AJ on Saturday, so I called his office on Monday to ask for the quote. The office said they'd contact AJ for the report and quote.

On Wednesday, I still hadn't received the report or quote, so I called again to ask for the quote and to file the report with my insurance company since we needed that to perform the work.

On Thursday, I still hadn't heard anything, and by this time, it had been five days since their initial visit. Temperatures were in the mid-90s, and my upstairs was nearly 90 degrees, with the family unable to sleep upstairs. We were all on inflatable mattresses downstairs. I called my home warranty company to see what to do since the report to them was due within 48 hours of the service call. The home warranty company called the office, which said they'd have the report in that day.

On Friday, I called the home warranty company again who called Mile High Plumbing & Air again with no answer. The insurance company still hadn't received any report, and I hadn't received a quote for service yet. At this point, it had been a week since they did their initial visit without receiving anything, so I decided to schedule a meeting with another A/C company.

The other A/C company came within a couple of days and installed the condensation pump in less than an hour. Problem solved. AJ seemed like a competent technician and was friendly, but after 4 follow-up calls to their office to get a simple quote (which never arrived) and on the schedule, there's no way I could recommend this company.

If the company is too busy or something to perform the work, they shouldn't take a service call and shouldn't take 4 calls to get a simple quote. It's been over 2 weeks since the initial service call at this point and I still haven't heard back from them. Mile High Plumbing & Air cost me over a week of not having a working A/C unit, waiting for them to provide a simple quote for service and schedule a time to perform the fix, which is totally unacceptable for a critical service business.

I made an appointment 6 days ago for today after having a major issue they started on but then needed us to have the mess from the backup cleaned up. We did that made this appointment now they are three hours late and when we call they don't answer and we get the message that their mailbox is full. I have been without plumbing for over three weeks now and they are not only not treating it like an emergency I feel like they are ignoring us. I don't know what to do at this point since they started the work I don't know if I should bring in another plumber or not. I would just think twice about using them if you have a true emergency.

The technician showed up earlier than promised on Sunday Morning. Was extremely courteous and was even wearing a mask! Very knowledgeable and talked through his procedure the entire time to keep us in the loop. After only 30 minutes the issue was fixed. He offered suggestions to us to prevent future issues. I messaged Beau because our bathtub drain was leaking into the basement. He got back to me immediately and was very friendly and helpful on the phone. He sent Duke over to check it out and he was able to pull the old drain out and install a new one. Duke really knows what he's doing and is a super nice guy. Before Duke came by, we thought we needed a whole new bathtub so it was a big relief. I would definitely recommend them!

Amazing! These guys were fast and professional. I had a clogged drain in our basement that I tried to fix to no avail. I got a quote from them in less than two minutes of requesting on yelp. I called them up, they dispatched a plumber who arrived within the hour. In less than 10 minutes, the problem was solved and they cleaned the area. All for a reasonable price.

I will definitely hire them again if I run into any plumbing issues, but they told me how to prevent the problem moving forward so that it won't happen again. Highly recommended!
