Recommended Customer Reviews

They are not helpful. They refused to help me with a plumbing problem even though I live a few miles away. Terrible customer service.

I want to thank Mildren Plumbing with an extremely pleasant experience with installing a gas line to my new Thermador range. From my first contact with Dan through the final installation, all carried themselves out with a high level of professionalism. Thanks again for all your help!

I was thankful that Mildren Plumbing came out right away as I was having guest stay with me that night and could not do the job myself. I had a leak near the confluence of my pressure tank and brass T. When the Mildren technician arrived we immediately realized that the problem was the pressure tank. It took me less than an hour to plumb in the original tank. They charged me $700 for a new 44 gallon pressure tank that should have cost around $400 and all new parts that cost an additional $275. All my existing parts were still good. The technician had to go back to the Bigfork plumbing shop twice. I understand the first time to pick up the pressure tank, but not the second time as he forgot a needed part. His travel time was around 2 hours, but only claimed 30 minutes on the bill. He charged me 5.75 hours at $95.00/hour for a total bill of $1,521 to replace the pressure tank.

Went over and beyond the call of duty to winterize my house. Hiked down road because snow plow couldn't make it.

Came out, installed new kitchen sink faucet. All was fine for about a week, then it began to leak. I called them , the first time within 30 days, informing them about the leak. Was told that Dan would get in touch with us. A month and a half later, still no call. We contacted them again, was told they would have someone return our call .
As of this date, no call has been received, so we contacted a different plumber that came out, accessed the situation and informed us that the faucet had been over tightened, thus creating the leakage.
Needless to say, we had the 2nd plumber replace the faucet installed by Mildren Plumbing, for a new faucet installed by the second plumber.
Things have been great after that.
Save your self time and grief and don't use Mildren Plumbing. They don't seem to care about customer service or their labor warranty.

Traveling through Bigfork over Labor Day weekend when we discovered a water leak in our fifth wheel. Scheduled an appointment with Dan for Tuesday for a repair as we could do without water overnight. He arrived on time, identified the source of the leak, made the repair and was on his way so we could be on ours! Dan was friendly and professional! Thanks for an awesome job!
