I just had Mikey fix my toilet. He replaced a Float Valve and charged me $190.00. I paid him but in my opinion he way overcharged me for a simple job.
Most of his good reviews are from 2020.
I have never before left a bad review for any type of worker.

I was very happy with Mike's service and with his quality of work. He was half the price of the other estimates I was given too. He was on time, masked up, friendly and professional. It turned out I also needed to replace a defective valve along with the 2 toilets he was there to replace. He even took me up to Lowes in Fernley to get the parts I didn't have. He also hauled away the 2 old toilets for a small charge too. I will definitely hire him again for projects in the future.

Received a reply within minutes. We set a date and he was right on time. $95.00 flat fee for looking at the issue. He explained what he was doing and my moms place was back up and running with heat. He also took a look at our gas fireplace and tweaked it so it worked too. Very happy and will use again!!
