Not the nicest person. Short tempered and bordering on rude. Seemed annoyed to have to work on the sink - grunting and saying ""ow"" loudly. Just not a good vibe. He did have a live person answer the phone and did call back when they said he would. He was a little later than he said in terms of arrival but nothing I cared about. It was his attitude I was uncomfortable with and I am not sure he fully resolved the issue.

Don't use Mike's Plumbing and Drain Service!

I had a clogged bathroom sink. Mike's Plumbing didn't respond for a week, I had to call three times. When they finally showed up, I asked him to wear a mask before coming into my house as Covid rates were going up.  He looked confused and said, ""What?"" I said, "" Yeah, everyone I know is getting Covid right now.""  

To which he responded: ""You have Covid? I'm not coming in.""  

I said, ""No I don't have Covid, but the point is, I'm asking you to wear a mask.""  We argued the point a bit about what ""everyone I know getting Covid"" means, and I said it's people I'm staying away from/haven't seen. I repeated I do not have Covid (I home test more than most people I know. He proceeded to get into his car, said ""You said you have Covid.""

and then proceeded to back up to my LANDLORD'S house, and start to complain to her about me as a tenant, saying that he ""doesn't want to be anywhere near me."" He even said, ""You harass me I'm going to call the police."" Not sure what he was expecting, her to evict me?  

You can watch the videos, please PM me if you'd like to see. He said if ""you do anything publicly, I have attorneys.""  Fortunately I was filming the whole thing for my own protection as a woman allowing a strange man into her house.

He was rude, unprofessional, overreacting, and the LAST person you want in your house.

My only request was that he put on a mask.    When I reiterated again that I was asking him to WEAR A MASK, he responded: ""Masks don't prevent Covid.""  

Don't use MIKE'S PLUMBING AND DRAIN SERVICE. Real piece of work. Doesn't brings masks, doesn't believe they work (despite all the scientific evidence) and then doesn't listen to what you say.

Very expensive. Claims to know more than he knows. He is just not a good person. Call someone else if you have a issue. You will thank me.

Mike and his crew do outstanding work and are extremely fair in their pricing. Finding an honest plumber, who is not trying to ring up a bill for unnecessary work, is a relief. If he's not equipped to do the work (which is extremely rare) he will guide you in the right direction. Professional, Honest and Highly Skilled.
