His man Larry came on 2 separate occasions, first to rod my sewer, and than a few years later for my water heater. On time and reasonable fees. I couldn't be happier. and all is still good. Accolades to Larry.

My experience with Mike and this company if great-He showed up in the time frame he promised, did a video of the line and explained it to us a and he saved us a lot of money.

We had a company come because of a sewer back up-the rodded out the sewer, and told us we needed a clean out which would be $3500.

I got Mikes name from a friend. Mike and his guys scoped the sewer and charged a lot less than what the other company wanted to charge and showed the video all the way to the city connection. The 1st guy said the sewer was so backed up he couldn't get to the city line, which was not the truth.

He is someone I would trust referring to friends. I am so glad I got another opinion on the work.

I made an appointment with Mike for 3:30 today. It is now 5:00 PM. No Mike. No call. No patience. I'm trying someone else immediately.

Mike called at 5:30. He said he was tied up at a job elsewhere and could come at 2:00 today. Since I needed the work done, I overlooked the fact that he didn't call earlier, and decided to give him another shot.

He did come today about 2:10. He did the work quickly and efficiently and charged me significantly less than a previous estimate by another plumber.

Mike still gets downgraded for wasting my afternoon yesterday. But I'm guessing that if/when you get him to your home, your work will be done competently and relatively inexpensively.

I'm satisfied.

I highly recommend Mike and his plumbing business. I called Mike at 9:00pm and he answered in person and then agreed to come over within 30 minutes. He was friendly and professional when he arrived, even though he had been working for 12 hours that day. It was a quick job and I think the price was really fair. I would recommend him to my friends in Chicago.

I just want to say that this guy is the best. I used him based on a recommendation from a friend who saw this site and I couldn't be happier. He came all the way to my house and had to redo my entire kitchen sink and fix a leak in my basement. We just bought the house so it was a great relief. I work in vendor relations so naturally I bid out what I thought the issue was and we was by far the lowest and that means fair to me. I am a bit surprised by the unrealistic judgements in the other reviews.I mean things happen to people unexpectedly and I don't think they should be judged for it based on a one time occurence. Also, I would rather base professionalism on how fair they are and how good a job they do. This guy definitely deserves a break and he is absolutely worth a try. You won't be disappointed. He is really nice and does a fabulous job.

Okay so I can only rate his professionalism since he never actually made it to my house. I called on Friday, said he might be able to make it, but threw out Saturday at 10 as a back up. When that time came and went, he called and said something had come up, he'll see me Monday at 1. He was two hours late and I called to cancel. So yeah, don't really recommend this guy. I'm with Natalie on this one.

I decided to try Mike based on the review below, and I couldnt disagree more. He was 45 minutes late the first time he came, mumbling some excuse, and then proceeded to talk on his cell throughout the time he was at my house. So unprofessional.

I made an appointment to have him come back and fix the simple problem (stupid me, I should have never done this), and rearranged my schedule to fit when he could come. An HOUR after he was supposed to show, I finally called and he again started mumbling an excuse and said he would be there in 30 minutes. I waited 30, and then called again. He said he would be there in just 30 more. I told him to forget it and found myself someone who respects my time and their job.

And he was by no means cheap.

Can I just say how much this guy rules? He's quick, reliable, utterly competent, charming and his prices are excellent. It is such a relief to find a great plumber that is not horrifying and expensive - we use Mike on the houses we own as investments too - he's so good!
