Most unprofessional contractor I have ever worked with. After referring him to a friend, he damaged their PVC piping and refused to repair it. When I finally reached Mike on the phone he called me every expletive in the book - I could not believe my ears. Eventually he sent someone to make the repair but the way he treated THIS customer is 100% unacceptable. Will never use or refer him again.

I had a clogged drain pipe in my bathroom and I needed an honest plumber who I could trust. I researched from internet and saw Mike's Septic with great reviews. I called Mike and he got back to me in 20 minutes. His team including Tom (technician) were able to solve it quickly and efficiently. The Roto Rooter who came earlier, gave free estimation almost 3 times higher than what I paid Mike. The drain works great now and I am so relieved.

Mike's has exeptional integrity. They have been servicing our septic system for years, more than adequately, but this time when they came the pump wasn't working. The system is 18 years old, and they could easily have convinced us that we needed a new pump. Instead they found the problem, a shorted wire, fixed it and went on their way. I can't recommend them highly enough.

In the 6 months from 11/13/2013 to 5/13/2014, there were 11 occurrences of no responses and missed appointments without any notification to me.

6 months of non-performance and he doesn't seem to understand the Customer Service aspect of doing and meeting when he says he will.
