These guys are full of knowledge and it's very clear that they genuinely want to help you with any concerns or issues you may have. Being new to having a septic system I wasn't sure how everything worked or what to look for when I had a backup in my house, but within 45 minutes my problem was solved and I learned more about these systems in that time than I could have ever imagined! Mike was just as quick to arrive as he was helpful. I look forward to working with Mike's Septic again! Well worth my dollar!

10-27-2021 after 12 years someone (Matt and his team) finally explained how our septic system works. We have a ""special"" timed system and the float switch and pump needed replacement. Since these type of systems are rare, Matt jumped on his phone to locate others who specialize in these rate systems and spent all afternoon figuring out what was needed. They stayed until everything was working and complete. They have been in business for many years and it is a family run business, so I'm confident they will be around for the next call. The next day, Matt's cousin came out to lift my man holes so the next time they won't have to hunt and dig up the covers. Thanks Matt and team! Bob

We were hosting a 4th of July party and our septic backed up! The timing could not have been any worse but Mike and his wife responded within 20 minutes and drove immediately to our house and fixed the problem! Even though it was a holiday, the response time and expense was more than reasonable! Mike's Septic is a great local company that we will recommend to everyone!!

We have had problems with our sewage ejector for 10 years. After several repairs and thousands of dollars, the problems remained.
Matt came out evaluated the situation, explained the problem, and recommended a different style of pump, The new pump was installed in two days at a reasonable cost.
We haven't has a problem since. These people know what they are doing and are very responsive and easy to work with.
