With over 20 years of hands-on experience, I have worked as an electrician, plumber, carpenter, and foreman. My resume features cabinetry, carpentry, framing, drywall repair, drywall hanging, taping, mudding, texture, flooring, electrical work, wiring, troubleshooting, and any electrical repair. This reflects my expertise, and our offerings are limited. Reach out for our service offerings.
I am a friendly and accommodating professional. My training and skills span various construction fields. I collaborate with a network of talented contractors and tradesmen. We are equipped to tackle any job, large or small.
We provide a range of services including demolition, assembly, and home repairs. I began my career at a young age with a family-owned construction company. Having apprenticed with various builders and tradesmen, I successfully built a house by my early 20s. I began my business journey in New York by taking on side jobs for small businesses my family knew. I completed trade school and studied engineering in college. Upon relocating to Las Vegas, I partnered to start an electrical business in 2004. One notable project involved working for a famous singer on her home. After the market downturn, I worked with major banks and realtors to renovate properties. As the housing market improved, I dedicated my efforts to home improvement services. We ensure complete satisfaction with all our completed work.
I’m Michael, and I bring two decades of construction experience. I have been involved in numerous construction and trade fields. During the market crash from 2006 to 2008, I worked for major banks. I was responsible for repairs and getting properties back on the market. I am a self-taught engineer with certifications in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. I can handle any task. I have experience with everything from large-scale projects to small repairs.

Will definitely be keeping Mike in mind when needing upgrades done around the house. We bought a fixer upper, home built in the 80's. We saw potential in the house and wanted to give it a second chance at life. Mike did an amazing job turning our vision into reality.
Laney B.Mike is arguably one of the least professional people I've ever dealt with. After having him quote a project I reached back out to get the project scheduled and ask a couple additional questions. I sent him a message on yelp and he just never responded. Ordinarily this would be the end of our interaction because I don't like to do business with people who can't bother themselves to respond, but in this case, it's the very end of my project and I really just want this small bit of work completed and thought I'd reach out one last time.
I messaged him again asking if he'd received my message and he responded! Yesss!! He said he could come take a look at the job on Monday and would touch base later to let me know what time. Monday rolls around and Monday morning I texted him to find out what time he'd be over, and ask for his name so I could put him on the gate.
He never responded.
A week later (literally a week) I messaged him saying ""Hi Mike I expected a better response time for somebody that had such great reviews on yelp. Do you plan on responding to me?""
Finally he responds with a barrage of texts with excuses having to do with his truck-- then he calls me, and this is where things went sideways.
On the phone with him I'm explaining the job and just so happen to mention the location (which he's never known-- and has NEVER been discussed) and he said, ""Oh, that's why I never called you back, I can't do work there because of their insurance requirements.""
I explained that I never once told him the location and he kept interrupting me saying he couldn't work there-- finally I explained these penthouses have a new HOA board of directors, they don't have the same regulations AND-- none of this would matter anyway because he'd be working beneath MY company under my supervision.
He refused to listen to me as I tried to explain that his insurance (or lack-thereof) didn't matter in this situation-- he was erratic, combative and argumentative. When I told him to never-mind and that I would be explaining my experience with him in a Yelp review he became indignant and told me that I wasn't allowed to write a review on him because we never contracted any business.
When you give somebody a quote-- don't show up for appointments, don't respond to texts, or calls and argue with a prospective client you get bad reviews. That's how Yelp works.
* Response to Mikes Response: This man had no bad vibe* after our first 8 exchanges, he was completely unprofessional before even talking on the phone. He still clearly doesn't understand that his insurance wasn't necessary-- he has a listening problem. This guy reminds me of a slick car repair man that's not used to dealing with educated businesswoman and doesn't care to listen or respect women at all (in my opinion). It's a shame this guy couldn't follow simple instructions and help me out with my job. I do a ton of work in Vegas and having a new handy-man in my corner would have been great.
4.4 out of 5 would probably be the most appropriate rating. Mike and his assistant did an excellent job, worked quickly, and did everything we asked them to do. I will absolutely be using Mike again for other projects that need to be done around the house. He was friendly, helpful, easy to communicate with, and took care to not break anything or damage our furniture while working. We are very happy with the tv, with the washer install, and with the other small things we asked him to help with. The price was fair for the work that was done, and I don't anticipate any issues with any of his work. Thank you Mike for coming so quickly and helping us out.
K V.Mike was absolutely amazing and very very reasonably priced. Him and his partner were very professional and did each job quickly and efficiently. We have him around 15 tasks for the day and they did them all perfectly. We're calling him back ASAP for more.
Smith W.Shows up on time and all that but Didn't even mask off the area of work when they sprayed texture. They told me don't worry it washes right off in the laundry and comes up with water...true story. One of the areas I needed textured and floated out looks horrible. There is also some serious waves in the connecting point of the ceiling and wall they fixed.
I needed to have an address plate installed and exterior light bulbs replaced ASAP. Mike responded within minutes and completed the job in less than an hour. I'll definitely hire him again.
Paul H.Mike did a great job running electrical out to my tuff shed. He also installed several outlets and a ceiling fan. His prices are average to average high, however his work is professional. I did not want to chance it ( especially with wiring) with someone with little training. In addition, he is familiar with ALL the trades..I would hire him again if needed.
Wendy S.Great job. Knows his stuff. Wouldn't have anyone else install my lights and fans. Great attitude. Thanks Mike. You made my day with the new look in my home. Mike installed 4 fans, 2 security cameras, 5 light fixtures, some on 12' ceilings.
Mike did great work on our appliances. He was very accommodating to our schedule and came out last minute, which was a big help. He can do it all and is very friendly. I will be sure to call him again when I need a reliable handyman who I can trust to get the job done well.
Beth R.Mike is so knowledgeable with what he is doing. Inhired him to install 12 curtain rods and he did it in only 2 hours. Also his price was totally very affordable considering the number of rods he install. Definitely will recommend.
