I had storm drain back up at my rental house. I called Mike's plumbing and I was given a quote I am comfortable with over the phone. They wants to rescheduled to the next day on the morning of appointment but they did ask for my permission nicely. Gerry arrived within the time frame of the appointment and put his best effort to open it up with hydro jetting. The final price is the same as original quote without hidden fees or up-sale. Gerry took time to explain and educate me even though he didn't have to. There is no attitude but only respect to me as a customer. Thank you for the excellent job.

From the initial quote to completion of services Mike's Plumbing was knowledge, thorough and kind. The job actually came in a little under the quote.

The guys came out and quickly assessed the state
of our two toilets that needed service and got to work. They were expedient and wasted no time in completing the job (rebuilding the seals). So far so good! I would definitely recommend Mike's business to anyone in the area looking for a plumber.

Excellent service. I had a stopped up toilet. Asked for an online quote through Yelp and it was a reasonable hourly rate. Alex came at noon the next day as we'd arranged, and cleared it immediately. Highly recommend.

Alex was the plumber who was sent to my house to help out. He replaced the faucet and snake my shower drain. The service I received from Nicole and Sonoma on the phone was excellent. I can say Apsley nothing bad about Mike's plumbing in fact everything was wonderful and I would definitely use them again, they are highly recommended.

We decided to try Mike's Plumbing after reading excellent Yelp reviews. We received great customer service, and they were able to fit us in immediately. They have straightforward pricing--a simple hourly rate, and from what I was told, only charge more if they need to replace parts. This in itself is a huge plus because a lot of places charge you a minimum rate for the first half hour and/or charge you based on what type of work needs to be completed.

Alex arrived on time to fix our clogged kitchen sink (and potentially problematic garbage disposal). He was professional, took his shoes off outside without me asking, and quickly got to work. Within minutes he found the problem, and finished clearing the clog in less than a half hour. I initially wasn't going to ask him to look at anything else, but because he finished so quickly, I had him also look at our slow draining shower. He cleared that as well, and finished everything in just under an hour.

I was very impressed with how quickly Alex was able to diagnose and fix the issues, as well as how professional he was (he actually left the work areas cleaner than they were when he started). We ended up spending less than what I budgeted because most places will give you a lower quote than what the final price will be, but not these guys, which I was very pleased with.

My only complaint (and it's minor) is that they don't accept cards. I had to pay by cash or check. I understand a lot of places have this policy, but from my point of view, it would be more convenient to pay by credit card.

I would definitely recommend this place, and will be calling them for any future plumbing issues.
