Great experience. I called early on a Monday morning. Nicole was pleasant, took my information, quoted a reasonable price, and scheduled my appointment for Cody to arrive sometime between 12-1:00. Cody showed up within that timeframe, quickly identified some problems with the way the toilet had been installed (by a previous owner), fixed the problems and installed a new wax ring. Price and time to fix was exactly what was quoted. Cody was polite and thorough in his explanations. Thanks Mike's Plumbing! I'll call you again when plumbing issues crop up.

What a great experience. We needed work done on the plumbing in our kitchen. They came out on president's day, fixed everything (including installing a new faucet that he had in the truck) and cleaned up in an hour. After the issues I've had with plumbers in the past this was fantastic. We will use Mike's for all of our future needs.

Great guys! Arrived on time, cleaned the drain and went all the way to make sure it is really unclogged. Finish ahead of schedule and even subtracted the invoice because of it.

My tenant in Mukilteo called me, there was a leak under the bathroom sink and the tub was not able to hold water. Yikes, I'm in a different state and had a find a good plumber to go out there. After looking at all the great Yelp reviews for Mike, I called.
Nicole took my info and gave me a quote, they went out the next morning. My tenant says the plumber who came out was professional, thorough and fixed the problems quickly (unlike the last plumber I sent out there!)
I received a complete and professional invoice via email and put a check in the mail to Mike's. Obviously they gave me their trust and allowed me to mail them a check instead of requiring payment immediately after service (from my tenant).
It is refreshing to know that Mike's is a company who has good values and and knows how to fix plumbing problems too! Thanks Mike and Nicole, I will be calling you again.

Mike just left my house. Great service and he's a super nice guy. Very knowledgeable, and very thorough.

I had a leaky kitchen faucet and a clogged drain. I had tried to snake the drain myself, but somehow made it worse in the process. He snaked it a couple of times and cleared the blockage. He let me watch him change the cartridge in my kitchen faucet so that I can do it next time. He even noticed a washer was missing in my aerator and provided a new aerator.

I felt the charge was reasonable and was very happy with the service. To be honest, I know very little about plumbing and I didn't feel like a complete dunce while he was talking to me. That's big in my books.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking from the base, and we were hosting a party in two days, so having working kitchen plumbing was kind of important.

I called Day & Nite and Beacon (recommended by friends for quick work), and both were super evasive about pricing, with Beacon being weirdly confrontational about how their $75 dispatch fee IS NOT an estimate cost (so they can legally claim free estimates?).

Meanwhile, Mike gave me his hourly rate, his best estimate, and a worst case scenario cost over the phone. Compared to what I've been seeing on Yelp, Mike's projections were all super reasonable. He showed up, replaced the faucet super quick, and charged us somewhere within $10 of what he originally estimated.

We had a great experience with Mike's Plumbing. We had a leak into our crawl space. The guys stopped by to check it out and give an estimate. It was the end of the day and I'm sure they were tired, but they offered to do the work right then. They worked very hard, and it was fixed within an hour. Great experience!
