Mike is great! I discovered potential emergency with my furnace at 5 pm on weekday. None of the other ""emergency "" plumbers I called even got back to me. Mike came that evening to assure me there was no disaster and came back early the next morning to do repairs. He's professional and personable. Rates very competitive. Couldn't ask for better.

If you need a simple plumber to show up late to fix something simple like a leaky faucet then these are your guys, but if you need something done that requires skill and finesse then look elsewhere. These twits will leave you with more damage than you started with then overcharge you for incompetent, sloppy work then go cry about how they're doing the best they can and they don't understand why you're dissatisfied with the extra damage that they'll deny they even caused. Find yourself an actual decent plumber, these guys do crap work and then charge an arm and a leg for it. If you do have the misfortune of hiring them, take before pictures so you have proof how sloppy their work is.

The owner that answers the phone is a defensive and whiney little prick with zero people skills and if you insult him or his guys' work he threatens to send his guys back over to ""talk."" And if you point out that their work is not complete he'll say ""you must have money issues."" Strong words coming from a plumber. The guy he sent didn't even have all the proper equipment and had to use my tools. Unfortunately that crook already made off with my check and he threatened to call the cops when I confronted him about the job I paid for not being done and then blocked me. Avoid these clowns. The owner is a crook and a crybaby.

And to the owner - don't worry about coming back, you muppet. I fixed the problem myself.

Sad little owner also censors reviews on his own website only approving 5 star reviews to make himself look good. Avoid at all costs.

I placed the order for water heater last week after discussing with him the project details and cost and pick up the heater from HD. After placing the order, I sent the order details. He was supposed to install WH today 6/21/21, but no show. My tenant took day off for it. after several calls, he picked the phone and said he had big customer that he needed to take care of first and this is small project and he can come when he is free next week. He said if I pay more then he can do it tonight.

Mike came out quickly when we though we had a ceiling leak from an upstairs bathroom. Instead of telling us we needed to fix a bunch of things we didn't, he gave us the truth- we likely had too much water on our bathroom floor. Seemed incredibly honest and reliable will use again in the future.

Mike came to replace old leaky plumbing at my Mom's house. He was able to replace shower fixtures and replace tiled wall to original look. My 93 yo mom was thrilled!
He cleaned up after himself and was beyond responsive to text messages. I will use him again!

Honest and reliable. We had what we thought was a plumbing issue in our master bath shower. Instead of performing a useless and incorrect repair (based on what we were told by another HVAC repairman) Mike's Plumbing examined our system and told us it was an issue that the HVAC company should have found and fixed properly during a previous visit. Anyways, problem got resolved by us requesting a return visit from the other vendor and holding them accountable. I would highly recommend Mike's and going forward, they will be my go to plumber AND first call when it comes to HVAC problems now that we know they also service the latter.

We've used Mike for some plumbing services in the past but we have been looking to upgrade and replace our A/C unit for some time. After receiving 2 other quotes he was able to come in cheaper with a new unit bigger and better than our old one. He broke everything down and gave us options. While the others were suggesting we would also need duct work and then carpentry to hide that duct work, Mike was confident we would not need that. He did suggest zoning the upstairs and downstairs, which we have held off on. The new unit is working even better than I thought. Upstairs feels a million times better than before. Thanks for the great work!

Company very prompt for service. Plumbing repair done quickly. Ask for estimate on the phone, I didn't and was floored at the fee for a 20 minute fix. I learned a valuable lesson.

Called to have a leaky faucet in bathtub and a dripping outdoor faucet repaired. Mike sent one of his men to our house, he arrived at 2pm and left before 5pm, with one 25 minute break to get parts. The labor charge (parts were a separate $150) for both those small jobs was $650 (basically coming out to $230 per hour if you include the parts run). I emailed Mike my concerns about the labor costs and after hearing nothing back for 2 days I decided to call him to discuss the matter. He defended the charges stating ""travel time"" (his shop is less than 10 minutes away) and that ""his guys work fast, and that they should not be penalized for that"" (believe me, nobody was breaking any speed records on these 2 small jobs). He ended by offering to take ""$50 or $75 off our next job"". I thought that I might be missing something here so I checked with my electrician and my neighbor who is a car mechanic and they both said these charges were way out of line. Mike did point out that I did not ask for a quote before they started the job, which is true. But based on the other reviews I read here I thought I was dealing with an honest tradesman, which unfortunately did not turn out to be the case.
