Definitely earned 5 stars! Great communication through texts (which is a lot more convenient for me), arrived on time, and quoted a great price! We needed our tankless water heater flushed and he did it without any problems. Highly recommend if you're in the Azusa area!

I rarely write a review, however this time I believe I need to. Mike gave me an appt. for the next morning at 8:30 a.m. I had explained to him the issue of my garbage disposal not working due to something being stuck in it. He gave me a quote of 89.00 He did not arrive did not call and so I called him an hour later asking him if he was coming. He explained that he was on another job site but would arrive soon. He got here at about 10 a.m. Stated there was a magnet stuck in there and could not get it out. Stated he would purchase a tool to try and take it out. If not I would need a new garbage disposal. Which I agreed to. Said he would be here at 8:30 a.m. the next morning to finish the job. Next morning a young man arrived not Mike which was fine. He was able to get the magnet out, no special tool. And charged me 120 rather than the 89.00 I was quoted. I asked him to call Mike about the charge but it was not changed, stated because we had to come back out. Am I happy they were able to get the magnet out of course very. However I am not pleased that Mr Olivas did not show up at 8:30 a.m. that I had to call him to confirm the appt. and not happy with the difference in charge price. Just stating.........

I made a terrible mistake by trusting a contractor to remodel a bathroom in my home. A costly and bad decision that resulted in major plumbing issues that I thought I would cost me even more to correct. I called the one company I knew I could trust to help me...Mikes Plumbing in Azusa. I've said good things about this company before but I must say it again. They are hard working professionals that do quality work and saved me a ton of money.

Today is the 4th Time I have used Mike's plumbing this is my 2nd review again he did a wonderful job came out at a moments notice Saturday at 3 o'clock I called him he said he would call me back he call me back and said I'll come by I'm in your neighborhood he look at my hot water heater and it needed to be replaced he says hes gonna take off go get a haircut and bring back a heater came back 2 hours later and replace it . I can't believe it I'm gonna have hot water all weekend I thought I was going to have to wait till Monday Mike is my plumber from here on out also he was supposed to see his grand kids today but he came to my house I can't believe it . Thank you mike for a very price and for going the extra mile

We were having some work done on our home when our handyman discovered a broken pipe under our home (we have a raised foundation). As soon as we called Mike he had somebody come out that day and check out the problem. He gave me an estimate on the spot to repipe my entire house. From that moment on he was on it. We hadn't even hired him yet and he was checking on us to see if we had any questions or concerns. We hired mike and his team because they were very professional and his prices were unbeatable. We had Joseph and Duran work on our home for two weeks and they were very professional and very clean. They cleaned up so well. And our new pipes are perfect! We were very impressed. We are so happy we chose Mikes Plumbing!

Mike was referred to me through our HVAC company to handle a tricky drain line issue. He was thorough in his diagnostic and worked the problem to find a solution that evaded others. Mike's response time was quick and he was always on time for the agreed upon service appointment. He and his partner expertly completed the work and left our place cleaner than they found it. I will definitely call on Mike again for any future plumbing needs.

I'm so impressed with this plumbing company I have to tell everyone about my experience . Mikes response time was very quick. He sent one of his plumbers Rob and did the plumbing for my remodeled kitchen and I was very impressed with the professionalism and workmanship. There's were some unexpected problems that caused a little more labor time and extra part but they went ahead and waived the cost to honor our original agreed price. I highly recommend them and if you get Rob as your plumber you'll be in good hands. Thanks again !

Update from my last review which happened same day but when I realized a problem after the job was done. It must of been a busy day for them that day because I didn't hear back from them right away but eventually Mike called me and Rob can back to rectify the problem and did a great job thanks again !

They showed up on time,installed a quality water heater at a good price.The work looks good and The technician was neat.Hope I never ne them again,but I will call them first if needed.I live in Azusa so they are local.

This company really ripped us off. We called due to reviews. Mike said he would come out to clear a main drain with proper access. Also posted senior discounts etc. Mike did not come out sent a very nice but inexperienced tech out who took 3 hours to clear a main drain with a root blockage 9-10 feet in by his own admission. Talked about costing us big money ( it did anyway) because he thought hole in main (no water not possible) and talked about going through toilets if he had to; just did not have the skill to do it. He called Mike at least 2 times still did not come out. My husband had to come home and help him because Mike wouldn't . Charged us 325.00 for 3 hours when last plumber whose card lost did in 20 min. for 99.00. It is not rocket science that this was an inflated charge. Asked Mike for an adjustment he said he would get back to me Never did and states he is an honest plumber. Can't recommend him to anyone

OK, so Mike has not come out to do the work yet however, I am certain they will do a great job. I can say this because my first impression with them over the phone was excellent, No humming and hawing about an estimate, etc, . I explained the problem to him and he was able to provide me with an estimate over the phone, which was great and he is able to come out today, wow!!! Outstanding, because I need functioning plumbing for Thanksgiving. I will report on the work once completed.
