He was super responsive and scheduled us in the same week for our non-emergent issues.

He fixed our running toilet and diagnosed our broken tub pipe. He even ran out to two hardware stores to try to find the part we needed, but when he couldn't, he helped me find it online.

While he was with us, we remembered another issue that needed addressing, a leaking hose spout, and Mike fixed it with parts from his truck.
