I called Mike because I was having issues with my sump pump dumping water from my crawlspace and I could not understand why since we haven't had any rains. Mike came quickly and he inspected everything and actually found the problem in the least obvious place, our neighbors home. With his thorough troubleshooting he was able to find the source of the issue but just for good measure he still went into our Crawlspace to doublecheck everything under the house to make sure nothing there was causing leaks and found that our sewer pipes were loose. Even though that wasn't the cause of the issue he suggested I get those tightened up whenever it was convenient for me. Since he came all the way out I decided to use him for this. He fixed it properly as well as my neighbors issue at a very reasonable price. He was prompt. Kind, professional , trustworthy and reasonable. I've used other plumbers which I've given high reviews for here on yelp but this one has raised the bar for me tremendously and the others are now at three star for me instead of a five. However I'll leave the rating for them the way it is since Mike did set a pretty high bar!!!!!

We had a leak out by the water meter. My husband dug it up and attempted to fix it but another leak popped up as soon as he did. Mike was able to come right out and fix the problem within an hour. He was very friendly and courteous. We will be hiring him again for other repairs that need to be done.
