Yeah!! Great company. They found time in their busy schedule to come to my home and solve a leaking issue. The problem was owner-induced!! In other words, we accidentally opened a valve that was not being used. This caused some unwanted water in the garage. After a little investigation, Allen found the valve..... After expertly closing the valve, restoring the water to the house, Mike's Plumbing only charged $50 for an emergency call the day before thanksgiving. Mike's has done previous work for me, and I'm happy they could help me so quickly again. Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm new in Naples I was surprised that they don't charge by the hour but by the job. I called to have my three bathroom faucets replace. I told them I already have the faucets. When the technician arrived right on time he entered with a mask and he also slip on paper booties on his feet. He look over the work and even took pictures. He told me it would be best to replace all the supply lines and repack all the shut offs . He went to his truck for 10 to 15 min and then returned to tell me it would cost me $1346.00 I told no way will I ever pay that much. I called the office and they said the technician is new and he made a mistake. I thought the new charge would be reasonable, it wasn't it was for $984.00 . Told them thank you but no thanks. I called another plumbing company and they told me they charge $49.00 travel time and $109.00 an hour. The told me it takes usually half an hour to replace each faucet as long the old one comes out easily. So I figure my bill will be around $400.00

Had used Mikes twice before, called to make an appointment to replace a shower valve, asked for a specific tech Rich who we had before, was told he no longer worked for them but Matt had worked with Rich and was good but he's next available time was a week later, I said that's fine I'll wait which put the whole job on hold and put me in a bind when in fact they did show up, i was at their mercy unless i wanted to make an appointment with another plumber and push the job out even further. Upon our designated app time the tech that arrived was NOT Matt, so much for waiting for the tech I requested! The shower valve that needed replacing was wide open in the wall, we had demo'd it and we had the parts all he had to do is replace the valve nothing more, the tech gave me a """"quote"""" I thought it was an """"estimate"""" of almost $800 which i thought was high but it must be an all day repair. Well he was here 2 hours and still charged me $800! I called and talked directly to the owner and stated the cost was excessive being about $400 per hour (I looked up the average hourly rate for a plumber in Naples and it was closer to $40) he disagreed, gave me a song and dance about inflation, i said inflation is not up 1000%, he claimed he would only clear 10% on the job, I said if you pay your tech normal rate that would be $100, so I think that the remaining $700 is significantly more than 10%, probably more like 500%! This owner has fallen out of touch with reality, he wouldn't adjust the bill 1 cent, It's a shame that people rip off consumers these days, this job was nothing complicated and could have achieved the same outcome with other plumbers. I know one thing, I'll never use them again, and if I was YOU looking for a plumber, I would look elsewhere!

We needed a new hot water heater in our father's condo so we called Mike's Plumbing and are glad we did. Dave (the plumber) was neat, tidy and respectful of our property. The cost was several hundred dollars less than another plumbing company that we consulted. I'll call them again in a minute!

Called Mikes around noon because my hot water heater was leaking. By 5PM they had installed a new unit, took the old one away and cleaned excess water up. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend Mike's for any plumbing issues. I have used them in the past and will use them again.

I called Mike's Plumbing to request an estimate for re-piping my house. No one ever came to my house at the scheduled time or called to reschedule. It's a mystery no-show.
