Excellent experience with Mike's Plumbing. I had them out to simply hook up my reverse osmosis system to the refrigerator. The builder used uponor pex and left very little extra pipe exposed to install new fittings. Rich could have easily told me that we needed to cut the wall to get to the pipe. Instead he took his time and carefully cleaned the pex and invented a little collar to compress the old pex to allow for the installation of a new fitting ring over the old pex. Excellent patience and ingenuity! Thank you He even had treats for our puppy! :)

Jeremy scheduled my visit, and I received a follow-up reminder. Also at completion of the work, I received an electronic receipt and itemized bill. Way to go, Mike - matching the nitsy administrative tasks to modern efficiencies. Meanwhile, Bill arrived on time and well prepared to take on three tasks that I had requested. He explained how his methods and hardware fix improved on the original pipe installation that had caused one of the issues. He was not only thorough but gave info that left me with peace of mind as well as excellent plumbing repairs. Thanks!

Mike's Plumbing was very good when the father ran the business. The son took over and we had a horrible experience. the inside machanism of the toilets were changed but not done properly. One of the toilets was flushed after the plumber left and we had water running out of the bathroom into the hallway. What a mess!!!

Contacted Mike's Plumbing based on all the positive reviews. They installed a new toilet, pedestal sink, and a couple of new shower cartridges. Charged by an hourly rate. Matt and Rich worked together to get the job done in a professional and timely manner. They left things clean and neat and made sure I was happy with the work. As a first time customer I was also given a 10% discount. I would not hesitate to use them again.

My experience with this company was great. I had a clog in my bathroom sink. They sent one guy out to try to remove it but it did not work. The guy was honest and said I think one of the more experienced employees should take a look at this. He said I will be back tomorrow with the more experienced guy. The guy who came out the next day was the guy with the Go-T and glasses In the picture with all the employees standing by the van. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name. He was great, he came in and fixed the problem in no time. Very nice person and awesome knowledgeable and knows his job. You can tell he has years of experience. If he was My employee I would give him a raise and try to keep him for as long as possible. He fixed the problem. Because they did not fix the problem on day one they only charged me for one day instead of two. I would call them again but I would be sure to ask for the Gentleman with the Go-T and glasses in the picture.

Unbelievable service, fast, showed up when they said, called before hand with the name of the person who would be servicing our home and another call before they arrived. Rich showed up and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, I could tell instantly I was dealing with an extremely experience technician. Originally the wife and I thought this would be an astronomical bill and would require either removing tile from our shower or cutting into the drywall of our master bedroom. Rich was able to perform what I can only describe as some sort of voodoo or magic, OK well maybe it wasn't magic but in my eyes it could have been because I spent two whole days trying to accomplish what Rich did in minutes. It pays to use Professional. I will most definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you for a cheap fix when you could have taken the easy way out by cutting holes and charging us for tons of labor. Without a doubt if you need a plumber don't mess around, call them.

We had major cooper pipe leaks and needed an overhaul of all...we had gotten quotes from a lot of local plumb. company's... Mikes came in 1700.00 cheaper and the work was done right away and finished fast... nice man, Jeremy was great and Katie on the phone was so reassuring....if you ever need anything, my advice is to call Mikes .... unless you want someone else to waste your money... ty ty ty
