Finding anyone to do a job in Big Bear Lake can be challenging, from getting someone to answer their phone to actually showing up in a timely matter. With a kitchen sink backed up I searched for a plumber and found Mike's Plumbing and a prompt return call. He's a busy guy but managed to get to my home quickly and got right to work. Unfortunately (for both of us) the clogged sink turned into a huge Mainline job and while Mike had other jobs scheduled for that day he still managed to work me in and finish the job. In the future Mike will be my choice for any plumbing event, he will answer/return your call, he's kind, down to earth, very thorough and will do the job at a very reasonable price. Just a suggestion for those of you who haven't had any plumbing work done in a long time be prepared for the worst (anything less will be a bonus) and feel assured Mike's plumping will be fair and honest. If you do choose Mike he does take many forms of payment but try to avoid using a credit card if you can, the service he uses adds an additional fee (not just a set price but a percentage rate of the total amount due) to your bill. Thank you Mike for your professionalism we need more like you in Big Bear !

What a relief to work with a plumber who isn't trying to take all my money. Fair Pricing, Great workers and all work was completed on time. From my first call with Mike to our last call everything was handled professionally and always followed back with calls and estimates for the work that was being done. We had our Water heater changed from a 40 Gallon one to a new 50 Gallon One as well as having our heat furnace replaced to a new more efficient one. Also we added another vent in our lower bedroom for better heat in the house. I am very pleased with the services provided by Mike and his team and would not hesitate recommending them to anybody looking for a good quality plumber in Big Bear.
