I highly recommend Mike's Plumbing! They do great work and live up to their excellent rating. After I researched and interviewed several plumbers in Big Bear Lake to do the finish plumbing and installation of faucets, toilets, water heater, and kitchen and laundry appliances on our newly constructed home, I was confident in giving the job to Mike's Plumbing. Mike, the owner, is very professional and knowledgeable with many years of experience, and he was always responsive to my various phone calls with questions as well as coming to the job site several times to assess things. Mike had his installer, Dave, handle our project and he did a fantastic job installing everything and ensuring the natural gas and water to the fixtures and appliances were in working order. Dave is very qualified, reliable and friendly, and he took great care in handling our fixtures and appliances and in cleaning up. My husband and I are very pleased with Mike's Plumbing and we plan to have Mike handle our future plumbing and water heater servicing needs.

I cannot recommend Mike enough! I've had a plumbing problem where I had to get the toilet snaked every other week which was frustrating. When Mike came to the property, he not only pinpointed the root of the underlying issue but also explained in detail the different options and price points to fix it. It is such a relief that Mike and his crew were able to resolve it after having multiple plumbers that just attempted to patch a few things up. I'm grateful to have met a someone trustworthy and know I'll will be calling him again in the future!

I had a nightmare plumber experience in my bathroom and kitchen remodel. I went through 2 plumbers. The first one started with the bathroom but rarely showed and did mediocre work. The second one installed pluming lines that were not to code, and when installing bathroom fixtures broke tiles and left the job.

I'm not sure why it's so hard to find good tradesman in Big Bear, but don't waste your time with any other plumbers . Just call Mike, his team fixed everything in the bathroom and kitchen. They showed up on time and had everything needed to do the job on both service dates . So nice to finally find someone professional and reliable. I highly recommend them.

We had a frost free hose bib break and was leaking into our rec-room through the ceiling. The ceiling was T&G pine and Mike stopped by and said that they cut a door access into the ceiling to facilitate the repair and that it would be unnoticeable. He quoted me a price based on the extra work and I agreed. The next morning his plumber Dave started right on time and was able to replace the hose bib after doing an amazing job on my ceiling. It was finished in less time than Mike anticipated and he charged me much less than quoted. A very fair guy will definitely use him for all my plumbing needs in Big Bear.

He replaced an old and broken HVAC unit. Found time to do it during the winter when he was really busy. Showed up when he said, did a really good job. He did it right the first time!

My wife contacted a plumber to fix a slow water leak brought to our attention by the Water Department. The plumber said the stop and waste valve needed replacing. We signed a contract and put down $300 to start the work.

The plumbers started digging to expose the valve and water line. They told us they could replace the valve, but the entire 178 feet of pipe to the water meter should be replaced. It was very corroded. The best price was $36,500 to replace.

I heeded an inner nudge and called Mike's Plumbing for a second opinion. Boy, am I glad I did. Mike went to the property to take a look and gave some better options. I felt comfortable with his proposal of what should be done and the pricing. I let the first plumber go after they agreed our $300 deposit was sufficient for the digging they did.

When the weather cleared, Mike's crew started investigating and discovered the source of the water leak. They found the nut connecting the pipe to the water meter was loose. They tightened the nut and the leak stopped.

Mike's plumbing is awesome. I'll be using his plumbers for all future work at our Big Bear home.

I was very impressed with the prompt service I received today from Mike's plumbing. I called them with an issue with my vintage 1960's wall heater. Within an hour Mike was at the cabin addressing the issue. Great communication as well. Mike explained what my options were and even provided me with a video of the work he did.
