Called in for service appt. was told next day.What time I asked?

Anyways due to some good reviews I waited the next day all day
and one dirty guy smelling of booze showed up.I was a little hesitant but in a bind so I let him in.Big mistake! After him fumbling around not finding the actual problem I told him to leave.For this I was charged $150.Never again!

If I could give this business 10 stars I would.....from the person who answers the phone (Janice) I think is her name to the service techs, I couldn't have been more pleased. I called yesterday because my water heater was leaking and I wasnt sure if it could be fixed or if it had to be replaced. the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and informative and said she would have Mike come out and take a look and we could take it from their. Mike came out within an hour and told me its time was up it needed to be replaced. I asked him for an estimate and thought the figure he gave was reasonable. Today I had two service techs come to the home to remove the old water heater and put in the new one. The techs were very professional....they laid mats over my floors, even my dirty basement carpet they I mentioned not to worry about they still treated as if it was new and laid down a runner. The guys hustled and I say hustled I'm not kidding! They didn't milk the time, they didn't doodle daddle and they were great working with each other. Each one had their own role in doing the job and helped each other out without a complain. They were organized, pleasant and knowledgeable of what they were doing. They are a wonderful representation of the company. They cleaned up everything before they left and showed/told me about a couple of features the new water heater has. I will be using this business for all my future plumbing needs. The cherry on the cake was the estimate did not change. I highly recommend Mike's Plumbing and Heating!
