Wow...this guy! In Florida, finding a good and reliable handyman is like finding the Lost Treasure of Atlantis. It is unheard of. It does not happen. Mike was fantastic! I reached out to him through Yelp and he responded very quickly and answered all of my questions which is always nice. He come to the apartment to install the Nest thermostat and look at a few other things that needed to be done and he was more than helpful! He installed the thermostat quickly and precisely, and we have already hired him to fix a few other things as well.
