Ellen L.called because I thought our ac was broken after the storm Tuesday. But didn't know we lost partial power that included a/c. I did get charged $125. for him to come out to tell me my power was out. I felt he could've either charged me half or not at all and then charged me if he had to come back once power was restored. it took no time at all. I'm not sure I'd call again.
