I've actually had Mike & his crew a grip of times for random jobs..
I've had a pilot light on water heaterthat wouldn't stay lit, a few leaks, messed up toilet & bath tub, a few clogged drains ect...
Each & every time he's come out right away if needed... He Does great work & extremely reasonable..
It's a shame that there are people leaving reviews that have never had work done its just being reviewed poorly due to vindictive miserable people..
Mike is reliable, hard worker & reasonably priced..

The owner Mike is a crook he overcharges for service
Here is what he charged:
$225 tankless water heater flush 1st heater
$225 tankless water heater flush 2nd heater
$200 labor (on water heater flush)
$275 diagnostic and labor
$300 2 filters (I found price for them by part number $50 for set of 4)
Total $1,225 for everything
Work was completed on Wednesday today is Friday same problem lost hot water and have no pressure.
Mike won't refund us our money back.
Do not use this company unless you want get seriously overcharged and have nothing working 2 days later.

These guys came to my aid in a emergency. My water heater better a huge leak and in the middle of the night, and he not only came but quickly. Assessed the situation. Figured it out in short time and had it done before I even had to go to work. Mike's a good guy. And was still very professional. I recommended every one to them. And won't use no one else myself.

Mike admitted we were overcharged and offered a refund. He never came through.
His tech was here for less than an hour and did not have to provide any parts. He charged us $375. I called Mike to find out what exactly I was paying for to which he admitted we were overcharged and he would refund me $150. Over the next month he continued to tell me to wait and then eventually just stopped responding to me.
I recommend using someone else that is trustworthy.

I have got to say that the work I've had done to my home is nothing less then excellent! Mike and his crew were reliable,on time, thorough and right on the money with every thing I needed and even handled little extras that I added on through out the job!! Mike did more then answered my questions,he actually took the time to walk me through to have a better understanding of the start to finish job.. I couldn't be more satisfied and happy . My best advice to anyone in need of plumbing, and all in this field of work is to call and have Mike's Pipeworks give thier bid. And I know that his will be the best bid you will get!! Wow! We called Mike's plumbing on a Saturday because we had a clogged kitchen drain that needed clearing ASAP. Mike the owner called us back talked to us gave us a response time and showed up earlier than expected. We will definitely use him again if ever needed.

Give you one quote and time, then forget about it and show up different time with different price.

1) Forgot about the appointment and showed up a hour later, after I reminded him we had one
2) Under weird reason Increased the price by 50% compare to the one we agreed on yelp

Mike is a great guy! He helped us with our clogged pipes that would build up day in and day out, and now they work perfectly! Thank you mike and your team, you guys were very professional and great! I would recommend these guys 100% and will definitely use them in the future!

Ridiculous bill. $1165 for less than 3 hours of routine work (installing 2 sinks). $400 per hour is ludicrous. I received no receipt or breakdown of the bill, even though I requested this twice.
