Wow! We called Mike's plumbing on a Saturday because we had a clogged kitchen drain that needed clearing ASAP. Mike the owner called us back talked to us gave us a response time and showed up earlier than expected. We will definitely use him again if ever needed.

Give you one quote and time, then forget about it and show up different time with different price.

1) Forgot about the appointment and showed up a hour later, after I reminded him we had one
2) Under weird reason Increased the price by 50% compare to the one we agreed on yelp

Ridiculous bill. $1165 for less than 3 hours of routine work (installing 2 sinks). $400 per hour is ludicrous. I received no receipt or breakdown of the bill, even though I requested this twice.

The previous yelp comments were completely right,Mike Weil was the guy that came to unclog my toilet. He was quick and got to work fast and was done with the job in about five minutes. I called other places and they never return my call so I would definitely suggest Mike's pipe works for anyone who needs help with there toilets. He also checked to see if I had another leaks or problems with the sink or shower.

The review left by my wife was simply discussing the scope of work that we had requested to be completed by mike and his team. The review (if you read it) isn't personal it was always business. The work didn't go as we planned and we wrote a review about it. That what's people do in today's world. Mike's response was both personal and immature. To say that your customers are frauds is a stretch to put it as politely as possible. We are out the money not you. Personal attacks make you look weak. There were things that his team did that were above the call of duty, but the majority of what we asked for were not completed to a satisfactory level and we after a MONTH of allowing mike and his team to continue to work in our home we decided to cut ties after things were not progressing in a reasonable fashion. We paid when asked 100% of the time (we have receipts). You didn't work for free, you got paid based on tasks completed even though they were untimely. And to anyone reading this understand, I'm not petty and this isn't about anything other than shedding light on the services that we received. I wish you nothing but success in the future but the review is not meant to hurt you simply a review of how things went from the customers perspective. That is our right as a paying customer.
