We had an emergency situation on a Friday night and Mike had a tech here in an hour. They fixed our pipe at a really reasonable cost when others wanted to charge a crazy fee just to come out and look at it. We'll be using Mike's for all our future plumbing needs.

Nathan not only was able to come out same day, he solved a problem that 3 others couldn't. After 7 years my washer and dryer doors no longer open into each other because of his smart thinking and willingness to go the extra mile. I can't thank him enough. Great job Mikes Pipeworks!

We installed new countertops and sinks in our kitchen and bathroom, which then needed new fixtures installed. My wife called Mike's Pipeworks since they're local and were available to come out when we needed. We found it convenient that they also do drywall since we needed a little bit of work done from the countertop demo work.

I got home after all the work was done but we found that both sink faucets were not tightened and swiveled when they shouldn't. The plumber who initially did the work needed to come out the next day to tighten both and correct the kitchen faucet that wasn't mounted correctly (the faucet arm wasn't aligned with the base).

We ran the dishwasher shortly after he left and found that our machine was leaking. The tub wasn't draining so we called them out again. I will compliment the fact that they were quick to come out once we got ahold of them. The plumber quickly found that he had failed to punch out the dishwasher drain hole on the new garbage disposal he installed 2 days prior.

Regarding the drywall, it wasn't the best job. I suppose lesson learned for us was to stick to drywall professionals. Fortunately our painter was able to correct the texturing done before painting a few days after the drywall was done.

Additionally, the guy that did the work had a very strong cigarette smell, didn't clean up after the work (although our receipts says he left the job clean), left a plastic hose piece (assuming a piece he cut off) laying in our drive way, left drywall plaster mix on our lawn and dumped out his mix bucket on to our backyard patio, splattering on to our AC unit and wall of our house. Sloppy.

Lastly, we had a new dishwasher installed today and the installer from Best Buy asked if we had a leak recently as the dishwasher drain line was barely on. Fortunately, the installer noticed and we avoided a big leak.

In summary, I'm giving a 2 star rating since they ""completed"" what we requested and came back out when we called. Lots of room for improvement on cleanliness and doing the job right.

I noticed a leak in the ceiling above our living room which visibly grew by the hour up to 3'x4' wide that eventually began dripping. My husband called Mike's Pipeworks and spoke with Mike. He said he would try and get someone to come that night, but that it would be most likely the next day. We waited until the next day and heard nothing, so we called again and we were told they would try and come later that day. Again, we heard nothing and no one showed. We called again that evening and was told he was finishing up at another job and would be over soon. He never showed and we never received a call. We waited 48 hours with an emergency leak situation and there was never any attempt to contact us at any point about coming to fix the issue. I know Sundays and Mondays are busy days, but there is no excuse to not follow up and keep clients posted. We finally called another plumber and he was out in a couple of hours. I would not recommend them.

Identified the issue with my water pressure and had it fixed that same hour. Polite and professional I would hire them again for other plumbing needs.

So a Saturday morning, told my husband to take look at water heater because there was water in tray. Yep, a leak! Called Mike based on reviews, he answered phone immediately and told him that our 15 yr old, 50 gallon water heater decided to leak almost 5 days to the day we got it installed! Asked if possible to have someone come out today or I can make appointment for week. He said yes someone could come out, ask for size of heater, gave me time frame and so we waited. Low and behold Kyle came out a couple hours earlier and started right away on removing old water heater and installing new 50 gallon water heater. Kyle did an awesome job installing and no mess! Let us know we could do maintenance on water heater to help it last a little longer. We had no idea we could call for maintenance on a water heater! So needless to say I have ""Mike the plumber"" and his number already in my contacts! We will definitely have the maintenance done and we definitely have a good plumber to call and refer to anyone! Mike was very professional and pleasant on the phone. Kyle was also very professional and pleasant while at our home. New water heater looks awesome! Thank you guys!

AMAZING JOB! We have a very old home, and have had a flight of service, but no one has been more thurough, knowledgable, and willing to make reasonable recomendations for the futrue, which i will continue with them. Michael is a very hard worker and I take pride is his work. He also sang a mean ""Let it go"" with my 3 year old Thank you guys for all of the help so far.

I initially received service from Mike for a root problem in my pipes. He cleared my pipes of the roots and gave me an estimate for repairs to prevent the problem from reoccurring. On the follow-up visit, he sent an employee (also named Mike) who did an excellent job. He gave me an hour window for his arrival and arrive on time! He worked fast and seemed very competent. He was also polite, professional, and very patient with me when I asked questions. Oh, and he cleaned up the area after, too! Thank you for sending such a good person! Jill
