We have used Mike for over 10 years and he has done an excellent job each time we've used his service. We moved into a new home and within a month our basement flooded. We called Mike and he installed a sump pump system that required cement removal, installation and clean up. The job was done flawlessly and needless to say we have no issues with flooding in our basement. Today, after 10 years of use we called Mike to install a new sump pump and again the job was done perfectly. Thank you Mike and your team!!

Our outdoor faucet was leaking last Saturday and we worried we wouldn't be able to find a plumber right away since it was after the snow storm. I called Mike around 10:15am and he was over in 5 minutes in a face mask to assess. He used duct tape to stop the flow temporarily and said our faucet needed to be replaced and he would be back. He came back around 11:30am and brought a colleague who even shoveled our snow! He installed the new faucet in less than 30 Minutes and took our payment via Zelle.

We had an emergency with our rental unit on a Saturday evening and called around but no one was willing to come. Mike was a little bit further but he agreed to come. He's knowledgeable and price was reasonable. He solved the backup sewage problem quickly but didn't stop there. Once the sewage flowed, he continued to root out the rest of the piping. He's very fun to talk to and would trust if we have another need.
