Our 60 year old rental property sewer line needed to be replaced. It had cracks in it so tree roots were forming in the line. This caused sewer back up for the tenants. Mike's 24 hour plumbing came out immediately to hydro-jet the blockage and made us aware of the problem. We agreed to replace the old sewer line with their warranty and reasonable price and they were able to do it quickly and effectively. We now no longer have sewer line issues!

Water heater was leaking and found Mikes Plumbing on Yelp. Quick response time and very professional. Scheduled the service for the next day and Mike was able to come take a look at the damage, find a solution, offer an honest and reasonable quote. He got the job done all in one day! I can say I respect the knowledge he has in his line of work. Very clean job and I definitely recommend.

It was one of those days - planned to replace the washer on a faucet - turned off the water supply for the faucet and it did not completely shut off the water. Went outside and the main valve for the house was leaking. So, no water to the house and everything is leaking. Decided it was time to get help. Looked at Yelp and found Mike's. I called and Miguel answered. I explained my situation and he said he could be here by noon. At noon Miguel showed up and assessed the situation. He quoted me a price - gave me a senior discount - and said he could get it done right away. I agreed to get it done. He ran and got the parts he needed and began the work. Our pipes are old but he was able to make the faucet/supply lines/supply valves repair without any problems. Working on the house supply valve, he ended up doing a work-around because the pipes are so old but it did the trick and all is well! So, if you're looking for someone who shows up at the time they say they will arrive, quotes you before the work is done, finds ways to save you money, and does quality work - give Mike's a call!

These guys are very good at their job.
I called with a line stoppage. He showed up in 30 minutes on a Sunday. Ran the snake all the way to the county line and gave us a complimentary camera view.
We're very happy with their work !

Mike did a good job fixing pipe leak and replacing water riser 1 1/4 to 1 inch, updated pipings and hose bib orientation with a single shut-off valve for both the main line and sprinklers.
He's got good work ethics + customer service skills which would make his clients trust him and come back for more.

Ok first of I mainly leave angry reviews but this time it's different Mike came to my home after I had a water leak he worked hard to repair the shower leaked and that gave my home structural damage. He also did a couple preventative things and for what he could not do he even found the right person to do it. I hope to never have to call him again lol but he sure went above and beyond. I have already referred a friend to him and will refer any one that asks.

We had a toilet leak and a sink that wasn't draining well. I made a call and was pleased & surprised that Mike himself answered my call. I explained the situation and he said that he was on a job currently but could be at my house later that morning. Well it turned out he was running a little bit later than he thought he would be but had texted me to let me know, which was so appreciated. Upon arrival Mike and his assistant assessed the situation and explained what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. I agreed and they got to it. In a timely manner the work was completed, Mike explained in detail what he had done and how in the future issues that might arise with an aging toilet, which I wasn't aware of. Unfortunately later that evening I found a small leak under the sink caused by a fitting not being tight enough. I messaged Mike and thought he would be by in the morning which would have been fine, but he immediately responded to my text and asked if it was OK if he come out within the hour. I agreed and he was there as promised. He fixed the issue and everything has been great since. I was beyond pleased with his response, attitude, the quality of his work. I will definitely use his services again and have no problem recommending him to anyone who has a plumbing problem. When one comes across a quality business like Mikes Plumbing you want to let everyone know!
