Luis fixed a kitchen sink leak, replaced a toilet valve and advised me on my tube drainage. The $125 charge was well worth it.

Kitchen sink got clogged over the holidays. I reached out to M. Yousem Plumbing Co. through a referral from a friend. It was late PM. His tech came out next day, which was still a holiday for most businesses. He assessed the situation and tried to remove the blockage with a ""snake."" Unsuccessful, he said he will send out another crew with a larger tool the next day. He didn't charge anything and left. Sure enough, another crew next day did the job very quickly. All for 98$.

They also gave me an estimate for a longer term solution (the installation of a proper ""clean-out"") and said they would count the $98 towards that comprehensive repair, in case I choose to go ahead with it (-btw, the quote they gave is about 2/3rds of the one I received from another company).

That's it! They are technically savvy and expedient, and they don't try to exploit the situation. A winning strategy in the long term for a business. I am writing this review because I want them to win/prosper in the long term (they seem to be doing fairly well anyway). They definitely deserve your business.

I had a problem with a shower drain not draining, like at all. I tried using the plunger, I tried using draino and still no luck, I called yousem plumbing and they sent over Randy to run his snake down the drain to clear my stoppage. It didn't work and since I live in a slab home any kind of repair would of been super expensive, he called out his supervisor Robert and I told him my situation and that at this moment I really could not afford to spend thousands of dollars to break open the floors, he recommended using a hydro jetter and if it didn't work he would charge me, so it was risk free! It worked after 45 mins of thoroughly jetting the drain. Thanks Robert you saved me

Had a busted water line in front yard ( dam old galvanized pipe ) Robert showed up and immediately got to work , he never assumed anything and made it a point to expose and explain to me why the work needed to be done. I was 100% comfortable having them replace my water main ... Thank you Robert and your crew for a great and clean job from start to finish !!!!!

Found this plumber from a SmartSaverMagazine .The headline of the ad said:
NEED A PLUMBER FAST?
discounts, $49.00 main line ad.............. I called and they could be there in TWO DAYS.
Had a blocked up kitchen sink. Hmm. 24 hr emergency service, said the ad. 100% customers satisfaction , said the ad. I inquired about the 24 emergency service........... yes they could do it for $249.00.
Looked for someone else........... Good luck if you try these guys.

It is just crazy how an employee of this company behaved today in a public place (representing the company name by driving their van).It all happened at a local gas station when the clerk at the gas station accidently assigned my gas to a wrong pump. As soon as I found out that it was assigned to the wrong pump after confirming with the clerk at the gas station, I asked the clerk to transfer the pump to the correct pump where I was parked at, but after multiple tries, the clerk said ""im sorry it seems like we are having a technical issue on transferring the pump credit to another pump at the moment, if you dont mind moving your car to the assigned one I would appreciate it, and I am really sorry about that"". So I tried to move to my car to the pump where it was accidently assigned at that point, but while i was on my way out, a van of this company pulled to the pump (where my gas credit was assigned to by accident). So I ran quickly to the pump and told the guy (an employee of this company) of my situation nicely by addressing him ""Excuse me SIR...."", only to get a response from him with a raised voice to ""SHUT THE F**K UP and I DONT CARE! WHERE IS YOUR CAR?"" he then started invading my personal space by approaching aggressively and started pushing me away with his hand and when i backed up (by his force), he was about to charge me with his fist. I quickly backed off from the scene and told him from the distance to him, that i will call the police if he tries to come near me again. (There were people watching all these happen around us and I didnt want to cause any ""fighting scene"" by reacting back to his aggressive approach on me). he then threw the windshield wiper that was next to him towards me, (which it didnt hit me luckily) then moved his car to another pump (while he is still yelling, cussing, and screaming at me in his van). Worst part of this was that my 7 year old daughter was watching all these in my car. Although i have to admit, I have not used this company's services, I wouldnt think anyone using this company's services would appreciate the attitudes of workers such as above. I have taken picture of him and his van as a precaution. As a side note, I am just speaking up my 2 cents, from interacting with their ""one"" worker at a public place, and glad that this didn't end up with a law enforcement involvement, though myself or anyone on the scene at the time could have easily called them.
