I have used Mike twice for jobs at my house. The first was a replacement/ repair of a valve in my master shower, and the second was for a clogged main line. Both times he responded quickly to my phone calls and was able to attend to the work almost immediately. And since these are plumbing issues, we know how important it is to fix these things quickly. He did both jobs in a timely manner, and was able to do so without me being home for one of them which was really helpful. His fees seem to be in line with most plumbers, but his quick response and efficiency seemed to set him apart.

Was given name from a friend. Called and told him the situation. Said our water heater (which is 3 years old) was a ""piece of crap"" and just go get a new one. I said that wasn't an option. Would not come fix it. Rude and insulting.

I was in the process of getting my house ready to sell and called Mr. Wooley for help with a shower drain problem. When he saw the shower stall and how the fiberglass had worn away, he said he could replace it for me. I was thrilled, as this was a complete eyesore and it would certainly do wonders for the master bathroom. The surround came in 3 pieces and when he said he was done, I noticed that the pieces were not even. They were not flush with the wall. It was unattractive and looked rushed. I was giving him a nice sum of money for this, and truly thought I wasn't getting my money's worth. He became angry and argued with me saying this was the best he could do. Even a non-savvy, constructionally challenged person could see this was not the way it was supposed to be. (And, had I been a man, he probably wouldn't have argued with me). When I asked him to please make it right, refit the pieces, etc, he said he would sue me. What? Why? Because I want what I paid for? Eventually he did offer to give me a price adjustment, which I was grateful for, as this would now have to go towards hiring someone new to fix the eyesore that I was left with. This was Not the professionalism I had expected from a locally owned and operated business I'd hoped I could TRUST.
Plumbing? Maybe. Construction? Probably not....

All I can say is that Mike Wooley does a great great job... he is a very hard worker and always is there when you need him. Even when it is inconvenient he will come to the rescue. That's really what we all need in a plumber. Would highly recommend his work and company
