Grew up in Arlington and knew this company had been around for years! Had a main line break going to our house and called first thing in the morning. Woody came right out and fixed the problem. Fast, honest and dependable. Great home town service! You won't be disappointed!!!

Mike is my go-to plumber. Honest, decent, and reliable guy. And fairly priced. I've hired a couple times for drainage issues for our 1958 home.

We've had to call Mike a couple different times and he's always been very honest and reliable. We can trust him not to try and take every $ he can.

I picked this company based on the location and the reviews. It was a great choice as they returned my call and fixed my problem the same day. They fixed a leaking sink and dishwasher valve. Woody is very knowledgeable and shared a lot of helpful information to assist us with our home in the future. I would 100% recommend this company and will definitely be using them if I have any plumbing jobs in the future.

Professional, friendly and efficient. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He installed our water heater and fixed our problematic clogged kitchen sink. I called so many plumbers around the area but they're the only one who quoted me with a reasonable price for the job. I will definitely hire them again.

Just got thru Hurricane earlier this week and last night woke up to hear water spraying all over my bathroom from a blown out supply line. Ugh! I found these guys on Yelp and they are the best! I'm so lucky I called them. They came out so quickly, fixed my leak so fast and gave me an amazingly good price. The workers were so nice and worked super fast and left my place clean when they were done. I will definitely call them for any work in the future. I highly recommend them.

I recently hired this company based on reviews and that they are an established company . I had a 15 year old water heater replaced. I found the plumbers to be knowledgeable and very professional in this project. The price was quoted up front with no change and appears to be very honest and listened to all concerns. I had used other plumbers and some for many years but as the company's got bigger the quality had gotten worse. This company will be doing additional service in a few weeks and I believe that based on my first encounter it will go well. Although major plumbing project might require a large company please do your home work before hiring. But for a """" family"""" or general plumber I believe that this company is worth a try. I recommend this plumbing company especially to older adults who had often got taken like myself due to lack of plumbing knowledge.

I thought I had issues with my garbage disposal but I guess it just needed Mr. Wood's presence. I called him during the am and he was able to come out the same day. I recommend his services and will be using him in the future.

Over my 40 years of residency in Jacksonville, I've had occasion to deal with a number of plumbers, includes ones sent by Sears to install water heaters, one via my home insurer for leak damage, a couple for emergency services, a couple supplied by contractors on renovation projects, and Mike Wood for home plumbing needs of my choosing. Of all of these, Mike Wood has been by far the best and the one I've found most reliable. When I first moved to Jacksonville I had a leaking toilet that defied the efforts of two different plumbers but was immediately solved and repaired by Woody Woods (the son of Mike Woods and now running the company). When I moved to a different property 30 years ago, Mike Woods did a plumbing inspection I insisted on as a condition of sale and in the process corrected some serious plumbing errors the prior owner had been living with. Over time, I've had Woody come out for one thing or another, so when the inevitable occurred and our 40 year old home needed a complete replumb, Mike Wood was the obvious choice, especially after hearing from two neighbors about the mess made by their plumbers when having their properties replumbed. Replumbing requires someone resourceful and that is where Woody truly excels. He's also reliable, honest to a fault, and careful. We somewhat nervously agreed to schedule our replumb while out of town on a trip and were gratified on our return to find a house for which you could hardly tell they had been there, except for the blissfully functioning hot and cold water in showers, sinks, the kitchen, and laundry. Ours is a two story house, with a downstairs bath isolated from the main plumbing stack. That required ceiling cutouts to get new water lines to it; The task was complicated by having a textured ceiling, so I was braced for needing to also have a ceiling redone. As it turned out, the Mike Wood crew did such a careful job with the cutouts that they were able to reinstall them so as to almost completely hide any damage. Plumbing work was cleverly hidden in walls and the back of cabinets. All the new lines, which were run through the attic, were fully insulated and clamped. A new line was brought in from the meter with no yard damage, and on top of that, hose bibs were placed near the 4 accesses we had from the old plumbing, all damage free. The electrician who was contracted to put in new electrical ground rods at the conclusion of the job was not nearly as careful. I would guess the actual plumbing work for the job would be something most plumbers would handle OK, but for the creative solutions and cosmetic care I credit Woody, which is exactly why I chose his company rather than go with someone else. Since it might be of interest, I should also note that the price was both fair and well-explained. In summary, the job was handled professionally, punctually, and in the amount of time promised (4 to 5 days). I wish all of my home repair work had gone as well as this one (which in truth I put off far too long because of two earlier kitchen renovation projects that were the stuff of nightmares, requiring a lot of prodding to bring things to conclusion).

Contacted this company as they had very high ratings and had been in business for a long time. They also advertised they went all over the area including my area. Left voice mail and did not get a call back. Called a little later and got someone obviously on mobile. Briefly described problem and was asked what area I was in and when advised they told I could get someone closer. I mentioned I called due to reviews etc. and he then asked me for more detail. Afterward he advised what he thought it could be and said he would call me back later that day. that was 5 days ago. After researching it appears the owners that had all the good reviews and had been in business so long had sold out so that probably explains the lack of service or desire to work.
