In the two months since Mike Williams installed my systems, they have now returned FIVE TIMES to fix constant issues.

I had two split systems installed, a furnace, a new AC unit, and a hot water heater. Nothing but constant issues so far.

Making matters worse, on the last ""Fix"" which didn't fix the issue, the technician was working outside with an outdoor breaker box. It wasn't until a day after they left that I realized they didn't put the cover back on the box. Had it rained outside, there was a very good chance of an electrical fire or a destroyed (and expensive) breaker box.

The issues I've had still haven't been resolved and the last technician literally asked me if I knew where certain components were located (The PCB Boards on my dual split-system). Ummm.... that's not my job, that's their job.

On top of it, there is a water stain on one of my ceilings from an improperly installed line that was causing condensation build-up. Absolutely NOTHING but issues.

The one shining light has been the technician Clint who has been super professional when being sent out to re-evaluate stuff that has gone wrong and to fix some of the issues and troubleshoot everything.

This place is a joke. I used them and wrote them off shortly after. My son is a new homeowner and only chose them because they were the only place that could come out ""today"". Once he talked to me he realized his mistake. He called the guy who left for the part. Even though he, himself, had already diagnosed the problem. They still charged him a $250 restocking fee on a $105 part. Total BS. They pull you in with their half price service call and then change you double for everything else.

This company is a joke. High pressure sales man wouldn't take no for an answer after receiving an insane price for cheap equipment. I got many bids and this was one of the worst buying experiences I've ever had.

I felt the entire visit was a selling frenzy trying to get me to buy a ""special"". One special was for $250 and I said no. Then he dropped down to a litany of $99 specials. Looking for a new plumbing firm that I feel I can perhaps trust.

Unethical mark ups on parts and labor. For a furnace igniter that costs $25 and less than half hour labor I was quoted over $700. For a furnace motor that cost $182 and another half hour of labor I was quoted over $1100. Called another company and got all this done for less than $400. I understand that this is a business you need to make money. But this amount of mark up is ""the worst case of price gouging I have ever seen"" to quote the insurance agent for my home owners warranty. You have me stuck for 6 months with your maintenance program, trust me that $99 is the only money you will be getting out of me.

Horrible, pretend customer service but that doesn't make their lack of professionalism any better when your furnace doesn't work!

This is possibly the worst experience I've had in years. I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy. That's how bad and a rip off they are. I could spend hours going on and on about why. U and I don't have that kind of time because the list is that long. I'm not a person who gives up easily, I like to try and see the best in all thing. But Mike Williams has got me stumped. Please do urself a favor. Move on

Will never use again, called them out for a sump pump replacement and got well and truly overcharged. I understand there is a call out charge for weekends but the almost a $1000 to replace a sump pump? Find someone else folks, and stay away from these rip off merchants.

Beware of this company's quoting system. They had the nerve to sell me a quote for 69.95. We were not in an emergency and we called to have a Drop standard 22"" by 33"" kitchen sink. We are talking about a standard kitchen sink. That needs nothing special than stand install equipment. We already purchase the sink from Lewis and ordered nice garbage disposal. So we may need PVC replacement pipes which should cost no more than 50.00 with a plumber Equipment uplift fee. A QUICK GOOGLE SEARCH FOR GENERAL PRICING ON A INSTALL. Will give you a general cost with a break down of why. The cost should be anywhere from 250 to 700 on the high end due to a special reason. And that would be for special cutting or fitting.
Will can you guess there quote. Will it was over 2000.00 for them to install a sink I already owned, garbage disposal I already purchased. Then they offered me a monthly maintenance plan I can save a percentage now if I take it to 6 months. Bringing the quote down to 17xx.00. What a joke .then he offered to take payments. I should them the door , what a joke . There quote had no breakdown if pricing. I have the quite and I might upload as proof of this unbelievable bold company. Sorry but this scam may work for some possibly elderly which makes me feel sick. Google your quote. I saw other people quote that they were overcharged. But with no break down at made me sick to pay for that quote. 70.00 down the drain
