Mike and his crew (Charlie?) installed a new washer and dryer for me. I was supposed to get free installation from the company (Best Buy/Pacific Sales) I bought it from but the installers wouldn't do it because the drain pan was ""too old"" but wouldn't replace it for me. Mike came and replaced the pan and installed the washer and dryer. They even hauled away the big boxes the w/d came in. I don't mind that I ended up paying for something that could have been free since I know it was a top notch job done by plumbers and not just guys who are taught how to install washers and dryers.
The price was reasonable too.

Mike Williams has fixed our leaks, replace a toilet, unclogged our toilets, fix our shower heads and replaced our kitchen sink faucet. I would recommend him. He does a good job. Sometimes he comes with an assistant, Charlie, who also done good work.

Mike Williams Plumbing has serviced my plumbing problems since 2000. He is an honest, local businessman who does quality work at a reasonable price. Recently, Mike and Charlie Smith came on a Saturday morning (Easter weekend) to fix a major drain pipe breakage in our crawl space. Charlie completed the work perfectly and re-seated (replaced the wax seal) a toilet while he was here. I recommend Mike Williams Plumbing (Walnut Creek) wo reservation!

We had a leak in the water line from the meter at the street to our house (approx 100 feet). Because the line was plastic with no tracer wire, several plumbers either refused to look for the leak or wanted to charge thousands of dollars to basically dig up the whole yard. Mike first came out and did some research, then sent his associate Charlie along with his ""leak detection"" specialist to find and repair it. Steve found the leak within 15 minutes and Charlie had it completely repaired a couple hours later. These guys are good!

I used Mike Williams Plumbing Service on a recommendation by a friend. I think that maybe if Mike came out to fix my leaks it would have gone better. Antonio was sent to fix leaky faucets in the bathroom.
He came and left for an hour to get the parts then he returned and fixed the faucets quickly. However, after he left the faucets started leaking again and I called to have him come back - he told me he was busy and ""might"" be able to come back tomorrow (Friday) or next week! He never came back. I had to hire another plumber to come and fix Antonio's mistakes!

I had a plumbing leak at the main water line and brought a number of plumbers out to assess the problem. Three of them stated that the line was broken in multiple spots and had to be replace at cost that ranged from $5,000 to $12,000. Mike came in and said the value leading to the house needed to be replaced and did it for $150!! Wow...such a remarkable difference. Ever since then, he's been my plumber for a range of issues from replacing water heaters to fixing toilets. The quality of his work is wonderful (he knows what he's doing...he's been doing it for over 40 years), but most importantly, I trust him to not screw me over.
