I called Mike for help with a problem with our shower. He immediately called back and walked me through a couple possible fixes that I could do myself. He also volunteered to FaceTime with me instead of coming out for a visit to minimize costs and save time. But his first diagnosis was right and with his help I was able to sort it out quickly. Really you pay by the word so I have to go on and on. Mike, my last comments have nothing to do with you, but on the requirement that requires certain word count for some reason having nothing to do with the fact that you did a very nice job. Need I say more? I am sure Angi will let me know.

Was having issues with stopping and starting the water tank refill on an old toilet. Thought I needed a new one. Make an appointment a few days later. Plumber came and fixed my toilet with 2 parts and informed me that I did not need a new toilet. Took the time to explain to me what was done to toilet and how to fix smell from basement floor drain. In & out in 45 minutes. Excellent.

I love it when Yelp helps you find people like Mike the Plumber. After using several other plumbers with mixed (and sometimes very expensive) results, we needed a new service provider. When I saw nothing but 5-star reviews on Mike's profile, I was a little wary. But Mike has earned every great review you're seeing here.

Within an hour, he addressed about six different issues. He fixed a toilet that didn't want to stop running. He cleared a blockage in a bathroom faucet. He tightened up some leaky taps. He showed us how to remove the screens in our various faucets, recommended a flood guard for our basement drain, and offered to consult via FaceTime when the flood guard arrived and was ready to install.

Both my husband and I were so impressed. On top of being highly knowledgeable, his rates are super reasonable - and he's a great guy! Mike, I'm sorry it's taken me so long to write a review about you. You are amazing, and we're lucky to have found you.

I had a really bad kitchen sink clog that I tried snaking it myself with no luck. Was referred to Mike, called and left a message, and had a return call within 30 minutes. Mike juggled his schedule to come by same day and had my problem fixed in short order. Highly recommend calling Mike when you have a need.
