We had a leaking outdoor faucet and reached out to Mike for help. He was very quick to respond and showed up the next day. Mike quickly diagnosed the issue and installed a shutoff valve to resolve the issue. What I especially appreciated about Mike is that he thoroughly explained the problem and how he was going to resolve it, and he patiently answered all of our questions throughout the process. We'll definitely be reaching out to Mike with any future plumbing needs.

We contacted Mike when we were having drainage issues in two apartments in our three flat building. Mike responded quickly and was able to arrive quickly. He came with the right camera and power routing equipment to clear 3 levels of drainage issues in the stack and he was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. While he was here, he helped us diagnose a different long-standing issue that we could handle on our own. We were so happy with Mike that we've decided to hire him to undertake additional necessary but deferred plumbing repairs. Really happy we found him.

Toilet stuffed up. Usual methods with plunger and snake were unsuccessful. Based mainly on Yelp reviews, I called Mike and asked him to come two days later, when I knew I'd be at home. He agreed (and explained he has a minimum charge, but depending on the situation he might charge more), but phoned the next day to say he has a cancellation and could come that day, in ""32 minutes.""
Mike showed up, with his super double-quadruple snake device, and in about three minutes pulled a tennis ball from the toilet. (He also cleaned the toilet.) I was happy to pay, and he provides a 30-day guarantee (I guess in case some one around here puts another ball down the toilet.).
Note also that Mike accepts credit cards without surcharge.

Just had an incredible interaction with Mike. I had asked him to stop by because I had a shower head that kept dripping. Over the phone, his expectation was that it was a faucet cartridge that needed replacing. When he arrived, he removed the shower head and then turned the faucets on/off a few times. The dripping stopped after that - we just had to tighten them a little more. He then attached a new shower head that I had purchased in case the old one was the issue. When I asked him what the charge was, he refused to accept anything - just asked me to always consider him for future plumbing work which, of course, I now will.

I called Mike about an overflowing toilet. He came the same day to check it out. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me his recommendations. He fixed the problem and the toilet has been working great ever since. I also had him take a look at another toilet in the house I had an issue with. He gave me some helpful DIY advice for that one.
