From big jobs to small ones they will explain the issues, give you choices and listen to your concerns. If there were 6 stars I'd give it to this company. And the office staff stays in touch with you and acts promptly and politely with any issues with scheduling or products. It was a miracle I found them and that's what you'll think when they do work for you as well. Support small business!

Called Mike the Plumber to get a water pipe fixed in my home. They called me back asking for some pictures of the job needed. I sent them. After a while without any response I called back asking if they had received the pictures, their answer was """"yes"""". And never heard back from them. Is it too difficult for them to decline the job if they don't want to do it? They wasted my time. Poor communication, poor customer service.

I Recently used them and had them out to replace a water heater and garbage disposal knowledgeable friendly, reliable, and their costs were very fair. Just bought my condo recently and feel fully confident having them as my go to for any plumbing needs in the future.

Emergency service was needed when I snapped the spigot off the main line going into my house. Mike informed me of his $174 emergency service fee on the weekend, so I was completely at his mercy for that. He also asked me to send a photo and he quoted me $250 for the job, I had no idea what amount of work, parts or labor would be required. Aaron showed up and commented the job was easy, I guess it was, it only took him 15 minutes to complete the work. I asked him if he could adjust the price of the job, he informed me that the company does not allow him to alter or adjust any quotes. I called Mike to see if he would adjust fees for service, he didn't take my call, let's see if he responds to my message. Follow up- Mike is non negotiable, said he quoted the job and I accepted, I never signed anything or agreed to that price, thought it was an estimate. I wish I'd gone with another plummer that was going to come over, only $149 emergency weekend fee and I'll bet he would've been fair. I would not recommend Mike's business, he's out to line his pockets with your money.

Called them for a estimate for a water heater replacement. They gave me a estimate of $1370 to install a $419 water heater. They would charge $470 for the water heater that I could buy for $419 in Home Depot. Then wanted over $550 to do a 2 hour job tops. Then wanted another $200 for a permit and another $150 for the work to file the permit. Then stated I needed a new breaker, that I didnt, and they would provide the electrician at extra cost. when you add it all up 1370x7% sales tax = 1466, plus another few hundred I quess for their electrician to get a piece of the action. They install would be over $1700 more then 4x's the cost of the water heater....

Not cheap but very responsive and reliable. Real company with real plumbers - maybe you have to pay a premium for that these days

We called Mike the Plumber when our septic system backed up and all 3 units were unable to shower or flush the toilets. I spoke with Nicole, who was a pleasure to deal with and assured me she'd have someone out to our place ASAP. They came to the house quickly, were able to assess the situation and had us back up and running. I'm very thankful that the team from Mike the Plumber came that day.
