When you call Mike the plumber you're not getting Mike the plumber you are getting a much younger and inexperienced plumber who came in misdiagnosed our plumbing issue causing us to re-pipe the whole house when all it was was a shower valve that was put in upside down they also didn't complete any of the work the pipes they soldered we're all touching each other and rubbing on each other I also never got my earthquake straps and any other parts that he said he bought from Home Depot no receipt they left the houseWithout looking back or any concern we literally had to re-pipe the whole house just to find out that he had misdiagnosed the issue set us back two weeks and a good $4000

The service was so bad you'd think Mike would have refunded at least some of our money or called to apologize. We are on a fixed income and $250 is a month's worth of groceries. Shame on you... !I hope you don't sleep well at nite. If there was less than 1 star I would have given that. -2

Sad to see Mike the Plumber sink so low. We have a minor leak in a shower head. We called and waited a week for a plumber to arrive. We requested Tim, who has been our go-to plumber for years. 2 1/2 hours after the appointment time, a plumber showed up- not Tim. He did not have a mask on, but told me he was vaccinated. He came in, looked at the shower head and said it would be $209 for the visit, then he would give us an estimate, then fix it if he had the parts. I was expecting the $90 visit fee that we had always been charged, so I called The office and the lady there said they raised their prices. I told her she had a duty to inform me when I booked the appointment that their prices had gone up significantly, that we are on fixed income and that increase makes a difference. Anyway, we chose to suck it up and get it fixed, so we went out and told the plumber to get his mask on and then fix it. He said he didn't have a mask. We offered him a mask and he said, ""I'm leaving."" And he drove away! Covid cases are surging here and he refuses to do a repair b/c he doesn't want to wear a mask?? Outrageous. Selfish. I called the office and told the lady that her plumber was leaving without doing the repair even though we offered him a mask. Wow. I will never, ever call Mike the Plumber again and am deleting their number from my contact list as soon as I post this review. Very disappointing.

We dealt with Anthony and he sorted out a drain line clog. He was fairly cautious about his approach, which was great, because another plumber didn't even snake or camera the line and immediately wanted to do an entire drain line replacement. He cleared the clog and replaced the troubled section (a fraction of a total line replacement) and even said he didn't want to sell us a total line replacement if we didn't need it. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation to make a ton more money, but went the cautious route. Can't find any fault here! Was recommended by friends who also had good experiences with Tim.

In December of 2019 I hired MIke the Plumber to replace a water heater for me. $1200 later, for a 40-gallon water heater, the thing almost burned my house down. The installer did such a bad job with the installation that every time the heater clicked on there was a tremendous electric arc. The wires melted completed. I had my electrician come out (from Wonder Electric in 29Palms) -- he was horrified and astonished to see how badly the install was done and what a risk it put me at. I contacted Mike the Plumber, with photos of the melted wires, asking for the $85 electrician charge to be refunded. Never heard from them.

Have had a few interactions with this company. While sometimes a little difficult to get in touch with the home office (to handle the scheduling), once you get in touch with Samantha, she'll sort it out and get someone out to you ASAP. I've had 2 different folks come out...first Tim and then Anthony. Both were very responsive/communicative. Even though all the issues didn't get fixed the first go 'round, they did everything they could to address that and make sure I was dialed when they came back (including no charge). I will happily continue to work with this company.

I needed a water softener installed, and Tim and his crew did an outstanding job. They had to tunnel underneath a concrete slab to install the pipes. They were very careful about disturbing the landscape. When they were finished, you couldn't tell that anything was done, and Tim left the site cleaner and in better condition than before. The water softener works great. The price was reasonable, too, considering how much work was involved. Hats off to Tim, who is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He goes out of his way to make sure you're satisfied. I highly recommend this business!

Anthony came out and got us the quote and supply list of the items that we wanted to provide. Scheduled our next appointment and then Tim came out to do the work. Great guys. They did exactly what we asked, suggested solutions to upcoming projects and were professional. We had to wait for appointments but that is expected at this time. We will definitely be calling them again for our projects. Thank you.

Excellent service! Very dedicated business. Between Covid & all that's been happening locally they have been exceedingly busy but still manage to get to all of us (with their masks on) & still do an great job. Very grateful & appreciative of their excellent service.
