Mike Testa was the subcontractor for my new construction project. I worked with Kyle to resolve a sewer lateral issue. Integrity is the first word that comes to mind. While the contractor offered up excuses, Kyle's response was to insist on just fixing it with no charge. Communication: On several occasions, I was given thorough explanations of work being done or how my plumbing works. Persistence is another word that comes to mind: a thorough diagnostic of a kitchen faucet problem. I now have my plumber!

I had to replace the water and gas line from the meter to my townhouse. I got a good bid from Kyle. The work was done by Felix, Gustavo and Daniel. They did an outstanding job of running about 50 feet of water and gas line. They had another team of Kurt and Nicky who filled in the trench. Testa plumbing did a much better job than some of the others that were done.

I had a leaky bathroom sink faucet, and a Mike Testa plumber came out and fixed it. It was simply the cartridges, but they weren't easy to find since the faucet is an off-brand and is 10 years old. A few months later the hot water side was leaking again, so they returned to confirm that it was a faulty cartridge again. They ordered replacement cartridges and came back a few weeks later to install the new ones. They made sure the parts were at no charge and they did not charge me anything for the labor. I've used them for a long time and they've always been very reliable.

We've had Randy three times for three separate plumbing issues at our home and he is prompt, ultra knowledgeable, very efficient and explains the process. We're devoted to his excellent service!!! Several notches above any other plumber we've at at our home. We're Mike Testa Plumbing devotees because of the rates and prompt service.

The Mike Testa plumber left my house's plumbing in worse condition then when he arrived. When he made the mistake that damaged our plumbing further, he was dismissive. His manager was defensive and then radio silence when I reached out. A different plumbing company worker, who was pleasant, fixed the problem that Mike testa caused on the same day. Avoid Mike Testa plumbing.

Six stars if that were possible. Randy from Mike Testa came out and cleaned out our tank and tankless water heaters (long story), doing a great job. Polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and put up with all my questions while he worked. I really can't recommend Mike Testa enough - wish I'd found them a long time ago, but glad I know about them now. Pricing is fair too.

Great local business - you won't go wrong with these guys.

What a wonderful experience. I can not say enough of how wonderful of a experience I had with this company. From Donna (I hope I got that right) who answered the phone and in just a few minutes, we both realized, we traveled in the same circles being that we are both 'OLD ORIGINAL' marin gals, to the young man sent to service my leak, who was so young , I thought I was in for another let down but to my wonderful chagrin, he was personable, knowldegable and efficient. I want to acknowledge that I have had extensive major repairs done. From the lateral being replaced after the last flood, and sub pump and new service main grey line to main street service and a few other things plumping related, this young gentleman was the first to bring to my attention the fact that our water pressure is high, we have no pressure regulator and no main shut off at the house. Now mind you, we have had major repairs, permitted and inspected, by major known and reputable companys in marin and YET, not one of them and noo one has brought this to our attention until now. This has been a main reason for our plumbing issues. Thank you. You guys are wonderful.

They helped with a serious plumbing emergency, I was in a panic cold calling all highly rated plumbers. Even though I was not a customer, the great lady on the phone hustled and found a guy to come over on short notice. He was terrific, worked to solve my problem. Whee !
