Tom came out yesterday to help unclog a few drains. It took him less than 5 minutes. He was courteous, professional, and friendly. Before leaving he asked if anything else in the house needed to be checked. We reached out to several plumbers in the area, and Mike Testa plumbing was the only one to respond in less than 24 hours.

Today is the fourth time I've called the folks at Mike Testa Plumbing with great results. Today they sent Tom again straight away and he fixed my 15 year old garbage disposal with a few simple tricks and no new parts, etc. Tom is honest, professional and friendly. He even replaced the nozzle of my Grohe faucet with another one I had from another sink without any extra cost while he was here. I asked another company about this years ago and was told it would cost $900 and that they would need to completely take apart the entire unit and replace everything! I always appreciate that Tom takes the extra few minutes to make sure everything is back in place to prevent any future leaks. If you need any plumbing service, call Mike Testa Plumbing before any other company. I had unfortunate results with every other plumbing service I've used before finding them. I am so happy to be saving money and headaches galore.

Finally! A plumbing company comprised of honest, straightforward, professional workers who supply fair estimates and provide excellent work. The very best! Everyone we dealt with was excellent! Mike Testa was the first one to come out to our home, he supplied us with fair estimates (we received a few estimates from other companies who recommended work way beyond what was necessary). The employees who came out to do all our work were professional, polite, and honest. Everything was completed on time and to our standards. So thankful we found them!

Wonderful service , way to expensive . I had them out here for a service on the water heater . Two man came out here one was a student he didn't nothing about this water heater he call his boss after he arrived at the job he had to call tech support twice because after his 30 years experience he was not familiar with that kind of water heater . He told me if there not familiar with any kind of products we have to call tech support of course there charge the costumer as well for waiting on the phone. Button line for 2.5 hours of work the bill was $ 400 no parts include.

I didn't use Mike Testa because when I called to make an appointment, I was told that their base price is $160 to come out for the first hour and $150 for every 15 mins. over that. It's not the amount I question but I was told that the clock for charging me STARTS when they leave their prior appointment. If their prior appointment is in southern Marin and they leave for my place during rush hour and say it takes them an hour to get to me in Northern Marin and they spend an hour at my house, that means the first hour they would actually be in my house would cost me $600 at their rate of $150 per 15 mins?!?! Plus the $160 for their time sitting in traffic for a total of $760 (Not including any additional new plumbing parts that I may need). I have never heard of this kind of pricing. I gave them 3 stars for at least telling me this upfront. I would have been very upset if I found out after the fact.

Fantastic company. They are on time and very professional. Do a great job. Very friendly and clearly know what they are doing. Have fixed every problem I have ever called about. Highly recommend them. You just can't go wrong in choosing them for your plumbing problems!!!

First time I used this company. Gene Burch plumbing was too heavily booked & couldn't fit in a loyal customer but this company came to the rescue. Had 4 issues to be addressed and not only was Patrick here exactly on time but finished in 1 1/4 hour. Fixed a leak and fixed two toilet flushers. In and out! Great service and didn't cost an arm & a leg. Will definitely use this company again.
