Amazing. We have used them for some small jobs, but we knew we were in for a big one this time. Jesus came into our home and explained everything that is was going to do. Although it would take 3 days to get everything we were never left with out service. He even let us watch how they were putting in the new line. Mikey was also awesome. That young man worked his butt off. Thank you all for the great great work.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my 83 yr old mother. The sewer line on her 48 yr old house went out and stern plumbing provided a fair bid. Jesus and his crew did an awesome job in completing the fix in a timely and efficient manner. They were very thorough in the clean up and restoration of the landscape I would strongly recommend them

My mom has a house in Chatsworth and she had a sewer problem and she called out A company called Ed pastor plumbing and they told my mother she needed to replace the entire sewer system from the outside 4inch clay pipe to the 6inch pipe in the street and gave my mom a estimate of $15,000 I thought that was ridiculous and outrageous so I called around and I called mike stern plumbing and spoke to Steve the owner and he came over to look at the problem and said it was only the 4 inch pipe that needed to be replaced and not the 6 inch and it only costed my mom A percentage of what the original company wanted to charge me, thank you Steve and mike stern plumbing for being trust worthy people and not taking advantage of people

I recently experienced some plumbing issues with the drains in my house and I was pleased to find such a professional and trustworthy technician. The supervisor, Robert, showed up in a timely manner and fixed everything with accuracy and efficiency. He was very knowledgable and I was incredibly happy to have finally found a technician I can depend on for my plumbing needs. I was very impressed with his professionalism and dedication to get the job done, I will be coming back and requesting Robert's services from now on, I highly recommend!!

I would highly recommend Mike Stern plumbing for any plumbing issue.. one morning my tub was clogged and I called a company that a friend had referred me too which was Mike STERN PLUMBING. They sent out a plumber by the name of Robert Ortiz. right away he checked and resolved my plumbing issue.. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

I used stern plumbing for my bosses rental in Agoura Hills. I'm a personal assistant. We had a home warranty on the property but cancelled it since it is limited in coverages. Anyways the tenants called me late in the evening with a toilet problem that needed to be fixed asap. Stern plumbing was there first thing in the morning after I called that evening. The toilet had to be replaced which was approved. The cost was reasonable and the work was fast and clean. The tenants and my boss were happy with the company. I have listed stern plumbing as the go to plumber on our vendor list. I highly recommend them for any plumbing services.

Initially, we got a plumber from a paper ad to fix our sink. He did a terrible job and did not fix the problem (the sink knobs were leaking). We ended up calling him back and he wanted to charge us more money. He fixed the knobs, but the sink was still leaking from underneath. We ended up calling Stern Plumbing and they came out to fix the problem! I'm glad that I went with Stern Plumbing because they got the job done right at a reasonable price.

I had a leak under my house. Water everywhere..... floor damaged too. No hot water and had to shower at work. Called Mike Stern Plumbing and got it fixed without headaches or shady employees or any other bs. They were very respectful and professional from start to finish. Very presentable in uniform appearance and hygiene. Honestly didn't expect them to be that way. I wasn't expecting such professionalism and customer service. I definitely say they are good to go! Like many other Yelpers here, I will call them every time I need plumbing done. Thumbs up!!!
