I had used these guys before and things were ok.
I had a clogged sink. He first replaced some parts put back together and snaked the sink.

I found the hot water heater was dripping and called the office. They sent the guy back. My pressure was very high. He said the thermal expansion tank wasn't doing its job. Had about 130 lbs. of pressure. He said he could fix it. It would cost $400.
Wow I already spent $300!!

I had someone else come. They said the thermal expansion tank didn't control the pressure!! The pressure relief valve does!!

Wow I almost got ripped off!!
You can't trust them. I thought you could! This proves you CAN'T!!!!

I do NOT recommend them!!
Very disappointed to say the least.

Shop around. You have to do your homework. It's really sad. What a world we live in!!!!

This was a bad experience but this company came through with flying colors. Edwin came back to fix everything that wasn't fixed before. I think I will give them a recommendation to anyone who needs a plumber in the future. Thanks Steve for fixing my plumbing issues. Mike Sterns plumbing backs all their work and responsibilities when something is not fixed right the first time.

Had a faucet fail on a Saturday morning - No shower - UGH. Luis was out by 10:00 and spent all of the time necessary to take care of the problem. Luis is great and the staff was caring and personable. Highly recommend that you call for plumbing work.

Amazing. We have used them for some small jobs, but we knew we were in for a big one this time. Jesus came into our home and explained everything that is was going to do. Although it would take 3 days to get everything we were never left with out service. He even let us watch how they were putting in the new line. Mikey was also awesome. That young man worked his butt off. Thank you all for the great great work.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my 83 yr old mother. The sewer line on her 48 yr old house went out and stern plumbing provided a fair bid. Jesus and his crew did an awesome job in completing the fix in a timely and efficient manner. They were very thorough in the clean up and restoration of the landscape I would strongly recommend them

My mom has a house in Chatsworth and she had a sewer problem and she called out A company called Ed pastor plumbing and they told my mother she needed to replace the entire sewer system from the outside 4inch clay pipe to the 6inch pipe in the street and gave my mom a estimate of $15,000 I thought that was ridiculous and outrageous so I called around and I called mike stern plumbing and spoke to Steve the owner and he came over to look at the problem and said it was only the 4 inch pipe that needed to be replaced and not the 6 inch and it only costed my mom A percentage of what the original company wanted to charge me, thank you Steve and mike stern plumbing for being trust worthy people and not taking advantage of people

The supervisor, Robert, showed up in a timely manner and fixed everything with accuracy and efficiency. He was very knowledgable and I was incredibly happy to have finally found a technician I can depend on for my plumbing needs. I would highly recommend Mike Stern plumbing for any plumbing issue.. one morning my tub was clogged and I called a company that a friend had referred me too which was Mike STERN PLUMBING. They sent out a plumber by the name of Robert Ortiz. right away he checked and resolved my plumbing issue.. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
