I read these poor reviews and have to think....wasn't your 1st. clue to inept service the fact that in their annoying (Music) ad the guy can't even use a Plunger correctly and is Splasing toilet water Everywhere? Kind of like watching an auto repair ad where the guy might use a hammer to install fuel injection. Seriously not impressed

Had a list of things I needed done. Plumbers showed up today and quickly finished my list. Could not have been happier. They were friendly and professional. I'm so thankful they took such care to complete the jobs. And, it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Very pleased with this company!!!

I called in on Thursday, June 15, 2017 and was given an appointment for Friday, June 16, 2017. Dillon and Adam showed up bright and early, ready to work. They were very pleasant to talk to and they took the time to explain to me in detail everything that was found and what would be done to fix my problem. They worked promptly and got me taken care of. I will definitely call Mike Staas if I am ever in need of a plumber again!! Thanks, Mike Staas!!! Job well done.

Called for an appointment and was meet on the phone by a very pleasant individual. More than willing to get me scheduled as soon as possible, like the next day was offered. That didn't work for me, but they were very accommodating to meet my schedule, thank you. Technician called prior to appointed time confirming time. Clint Stass, arrived on time ready to accomplish the needed repairs. All work was done in a timely manner, very professional and courteous. Clint made a few recommendation which I had not thought of, both very much appreciated. Once again, Thanks. At the end a job done very well, those knowing me, know that I'm very picky about my projects. Expect a call when I need additional assistance.

You have to wait by the phone even when you have a scheduled appointment. When I noticed that I missed a call I Was told since I didnt answer that my appt had been bumped. i had been waiting all morning. i said ok when can they come and they said may be an hour may be 3. so i said please asap. i called back a little later to see if they may be able to come on out a little earlier and i got a girl this tine. Same old attitude she said they dont send people out unless they get someone on the phone. i said that was not the way i did business, that when I set an appoinrment, i go to it. She proceeded to accuse me of yelling at her. i did not yell and my wife can verify because she was near me. i told them to cancel the appointnent. i turned them in to The BBB and they responded to the BBB that I yelled at them and they had me on speaker and the whole office heard. Not true. i also dont appreciate being put on speaker without my consent. Instead of trying to have customer service they elected to cover their employees. Not cool, not the proper way to do business. I will never reccomend or use them.

Invoice was double what they said it would be, not honest on the hours actually worked on the job, would not recommend!

Just to make sure everyone knows... you pay for travel time from when the plumber leaves the office until he arrives at your home... it costs me $45.00 for 30 minutes while he went to pick up a part for my job. Kind of tacky, in my opinion, when they don't tell you that.

We had MIke Staas Services come out and install our new toilet that we provided as well as fix a few minor repairs that needed fixed. I called and explained that when I placed the call some additional plumbing concerns came up and could they address them while there? With no hesitation, they said sure and were on there way. Very professional gentleman came to the house and addressed ALL of our issues. Drive time WAS explained to me beforehand- which on a fixed income I appreciated. Another company I used before failed to mention drive time and tacked it on the bill in the end. Every company charges drive time, and I was glad they let me know upfront. Makes you feel good knowing they arent trying to hide anything. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company- from hardworking plumbers to friendly office staff, they definitely have my business from now on! "CALL MIKE STAAS"...absolutely I will!

Clint Staas came out to replace sink valves. Asked to check both toilet connections (He visually glanced from an upright stance, no tool) and replace an outdoor valve. POOR SERVICE!!! He left a puddle under the sink, only looked at toilet connections didn't actually touch. (week later found leaking) He over tightened the outdoor valve and it cracked. Costing me a $100 in leaked water. NEVER use them!!!

Staas Plumbing saw this review an immediately called me. They were very concerned an wanted address any issues. Toilet valves were bad as verified by another employee. They sent out a very polite fiield supervisor who replaced the faulty valves and apologized. I am happier. Wish I didn't have that extra Cost due to outside leak from overtight cracked hose bib.

My husband and I just bought a house and during the inspection we found out that there might be a leak in the front yard. The prior owners refused to fix it and rather than having an argument we decided to go ahead and purchase the house and have it fixed. I went online and used the Staas appointment request on Saturday afternoon. Sunday went by and they never called to set up a time. Monday at 3, while I'm at work and my phone is in my purse, they call and I miss it. I'm thinking, finally they are calling to set up a time. I call them back just 5 minutes later and the lady that answered the phone says that I missed my slot because I didn't answer the phone. She had to send the plumber to a different location. I state that I've been waiting since Saturday to set a time and when would I get another call. Tomorrow? The next day? . She says that the plumber just can't wait around for me to call back. I just can't up and leave work and my husband can't either. I have never delt with a plumbing company who cannot set a time and they expect you to sit by the phone and drop whatever you might be doing to meet their plumber. I will never use this company and I will never recommend this company to anyone.
