Tom H.I have used this company many times over many years. Sadly they have fallen from grace. Rude uncooperative, Unwilling to listen and disinterested in my business. I am also in a position to refer them lots of business and have done so many many times over the last 21 years. But after my phone conversation today with their dispatch person that gravy train is over. From now on I'll call Torrey plumbing or one of the other majors in the area. Do yourself a favor and call someone else too.
Darrell M.Not quality work at all as far as a simple running toilet! They did a couple other thing very well. But they had to return for the toilet.....and had to return a THIRD time....and still not working. I finally called another service company....and BAM......fixed on the very first try. I will never use Mike Scott again! Expensive and not quality work!

I call them and have to give information again, now schedule appointment date and time. NO SHOW & NO CALL !!! Nuf said ,guess commercial accounts """"Trump"""" residential concerns. Funny is that it was a referral from another plumbing company.
Kevin D.I called them to come out and clear the drain from the septic to the house. They came out and told me that the septic was full and that cleaning the drain out will do nothing so they refused to do the work I wanted. In summery they did not do what I asked them to do, which was snake the line from my septic TAP into the House. Instead they refused to do what I asked and charged me $131 for doing nothing but uncovering the top of the septic tank and leaving it uncovered and unsafe !! The photos attached show how they left my yard, and how the pipe is DRY from no water flow from the house to the septic tank. I have opened a BBB Complaint to which they have still not responded. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS SERVICE AS THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB I WANTED THEM TO DO. INSTEAD THEY DID WHAT THEY WANTED WHICH WAS CHARGE ME A FEE FOR SOMETHING ELSE THAT DID NOT FIX MY PROBLEM !!!
