Mike has a very charming personality that wins you over, he leaves making you think - wow what a nice and honest man but then you realize that is all a facade. I asked him to come over to look at some corroded pipes. he said nothing was leaking so there was no problem. I told him our disposal wasnt working and that I wasnt sure if I needed to fix it since I dont use it, he said ""Oh its easy"" I said ""Ok..."". He never told me ""Oh its easy, it will cost you $160 because I spent 1 minute of my time.""

I have never interacted with a person who deceived me like this. He should have been upfront about the cost - and then I would not think this way. I dont trust him in my home and would advise you not to trust him in yours.
