I have had a water heater replaced, kitchen faucet put in, and shower cartridges replaced...and I highly recommend this company. Bryan has always been friendly and courteous and Mike is super helpful with my plumbing questions. They are fair and competitive on pricing and very punctual with appointments. Hot water is critical in a home and they understood our recent dilemma with a hot water heater failing and went above and beyond to help me replace the water heater quickly. Thank you!

Extremely overpriced. Tech that arrived was very pleasant. He was at my home for less than 10 minutes checked with owner on applicable charge and I was charged FULL PRICE for the service call in the amount of $95.00. I would not recommend using this company.

Last week I scheduled a 9 am appointment for my leaking sink and waited all morning. By noon, I called them to find out what happened. I'm not sure who answered the phone (maybe it was Mike himself?) but he was immediately rude and confrontational when I asked for an estimated arrival time. After arguing with me and talking over me for several minutes, I again asked him for an approximate arrival time and that's when I realized there was no one there -- he actually hung up on me. Believe me--- I was as nice as I could be despite his rudeness, mainly because it was important to have this fixed before I leave for vacation and also because the leak is hot water and has been costing me money. Late, rude and unprofessional is a bad combination; if I could give zero stars, I would.

My shower faucet wouldn't shut off, so at 7:20 am I called Mike Phillips Residential Plumbing. By 9:15 am, Brian was at my home replacing the Moen cartridge. I've called Mike about five times in three years for various issues. I can't say enough good things about his company's professionalism, fair pricing, and reliability. It is a huge relief to know that I can count on him.
