Mike is such a joy to have.
I recently had him over to fix a problem with my water heater. The job was done quickly and with great expertise. He throughly explains the pricing and what he plans to do. So there is no chance for crazy hidden charges. He has been in the idustry for quite a while and it show beautifully in his work. Made an appointment for him to install a new garbage disposal unit. He showed up on time, but installed an old beat-up, dented unit instead of a NEW unit for which he charged. His 1st visit to my home will be his last.

I needed some minor plumbing service done at my house. The stopper lever was broken on both my tubs, and the sink stopper in the bathroom was old and rusty looking. I was surprised that they would come out on a Saturday to give me an estimate. Mike came out, gave me an estimate and even offered to come back that afternoon to complete the work. I unfortunately wasn't available.

He came back on Monday, completed the work. All the items he repaired looks like new!! I am one happy customer! Thank you, Mike!! If I ever need plumbing services again I will be calling Mike!!

Highly recommend Mike. He is professional, very nice and knowledgeable. Our plumbing fixtures in the jaccuzzi tub were over 20 years old and we had a hard time trying to upgrade them. Mike changed out the plumbing the same day and updated our fixtures. We were very happy as now tub looks new! Then we had other fixtures to update and he got it done quickly. Wish we had found him earlier. Thank you Mike for your great work!

I had a new washing machine delivered, but the delivery guys could not disconnect my old washing machine from the wall fixture. They told me that I would need to get it replaced by a plumber. Considering that the washing machine is over 20 years old, I wasn't surprised. I called around for a plumber and left a message for Mike. He called me about an hour or two later and said that he was in the area and could come by in about 10 minutes if that was convenient for me. I took him up on his offer, he arrived on time and was very professional, but very low key. He replaced both the hot and cold water fixtures in under 30 minutes, and threw in new, shiny, upgraded hoses to boot.

I will definitely considering using Mike again for all of my plumbing needs.

I have used Mike on several projects/jobs and he is always the same professional, clean, efficient, reliable, honest individual every time. He is very knowledgeable and is reasonably priced for his services. I have had him replace water heaters, troubleshoot non working tankless water heater systems, unclog our commercial main sewer lines, run new gas lines in our house and in our shop, etc. We trust him for any issue and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Wow. Saturday evening before Easter Sunday and my sewer decides to back itself up. I called several well-reviewed Yelp plumbers and Mike was only one of two I was able to get ahold of--and the only one available.

Mike was personable, professional, quoted me a very reasonable price and promptly came out and fixed the problem. All the more amazing because I live in Pleasant Hill and he was willing to make the trip all the way out from Antioch on short notice.

Nice knowing I've now got someone I trust to call if things get ugly again.
