This is a mixed review.

I have used this company several times. I have always been pleased with the people they have sent and the quality of work they have done. I give this part of the business 5 stars.

However, the last time I used them, I was shocked at the amount of the bill. It was considerably higher than I expected. It turns out that I was required to pay $50 in travel time for the plumber to drive from his previous job to my house. No one had told me beforehand that I would be charged this fee, on top of a $25 ""truck fee"", just to get someone to my door.

When I called Mike about this the next day, his attitude was quite cavalier. He told me that if I was happy with the job that had been done, I should be happy to pay for it. He said that he needed to pay his plumbers for the time they were driving. He didn't seem to understand that $50 is not a small amount of money, and that I might have hired someone else if they had been honest with me about this fee before I hired them.

I give this part of the business 1 star.

My Patterson plumbing is one of those places that you put into your contacts list as the only electrician you will ever use. They provide timely and excellent service and I think they are one of the most professional places I have dealt with. The pride they take in their work is clearly important to them all. I'm so glad to have an honest, Affordable and dependable place like Patterson's.

I called Mike Patterson Plumbing to get an estimate to replace 12 feet of my main sewer line in my crawl space after receiving 2 estimates one for $2950 and the other for $1650. They told me they don't do estimates for jobs under a $1000. So I said come on over, a journeyman and a laborer came out, charged by the hour and it cost me $800 for parts and labor. If you want an honest job done for an honest price Call Mike Patterson Plumbing!!

I sent feedback earlier, but I'll say it again: We had great service from David DeLeon and his associate. We appreciated the information they gave us regarding our problem. David and associate were efficient, fixed the problem, and cleaned everything up when they were done. We've used Mike Patterson plumbing for many years now, and highly recommend them!

I am very impressed with the professionalism of Mike Patterson Plumbing. We had new flooring installed, so we needed to book two appointments the same day, first to remove our toilet and pedestal sink, then later in the day to reinstall. The scheduling person was very nice, understood our circumstances, and she was able to make it happen. We received email and text confirmations, a reminder, and even the name of the plumber, Jake Allen, before he arrived. Jake was very knowledgeable, explaining any potential concerns with the pedestal sink before he proceeded, including raising it 1/4"" due to the new flooring. Once removed, they saw that there was no backing support for the sink. When they returned, they were prepared by having the necessary toggle bolts to securely fasten the pedestal sink to the wall. The invoice was more than I planned since the pedestal sink was more involved (needing a 2nd plumber to assist). However, it was communicated to me in advance that there was a minimum 1 hour charge for each visit, then billed in 15 minute increments, plus materials.

I'm not impressed with the management and pricing policies of this business. I called them out because I saw what I thought was evidence of a leak. Once the plumber got here, he spent about 15 minutes investigating and determined there is no leak (yay!). Since the guy didn't even break out a tool, he said he'll check with the office, but I probably don't need to be charged for the visit. The office said I needed to pay for a full hour of work--$155. Now, I understand being charged some sort of site visit fee for their time, but a full hour, especially with a rate that high?!! That feels unconscionable. I'm a realtor and I always try to test out businesses on my own home when I can. In this case, I'm glad I did, because I will NOT be referring them to any future clients.

Great service and received a Senior discount on a very fair charge. The plumber was on time and work was done very quickly. Plus he was very nice and took the time to go over some other repairs or replacements I asked him about that will need to be done in the future. I will be calling Mike Patterson Plumbing for my services from now on.

Bob from Mike Patterson Plumbing is fantastic. We had an urgent need to upgrade out toilets after my wife broke her leg during the holidays. Bob came out as promised, he was on time, and very friendly to work with. The job was completed as requested, with no mess and no hassle.
