The gentleman was on time and addressed all our problems. Was very happy with his work. The only ""problem"" I had was when he left I had no idea how much it was going to be. No estimate nothing. So we had no idea how much it was going to cost. We got the bill in the mail a few days later and it was reasonable. Other than that everything went well.

They came in to replace a broken garbage disposal that had caused water damage. We're very happy with the work. Very reasonably priced!

do not use these people, their work is not what I requested. I waited a month for them to get here, then you don't get what you wanted, then you have to wait for your billed to be mailed to you. That is another shock. don't use these people. Save your MONEY, go to someone else.

It took about a week to get on the schedule, but when they showed up they were amptly prepared. Our service man was professional, efficient and very flexible. The appointment was to changed out the shower faucet., I asked him to check out or toilet (wouldn't quit running) he checked it out and had the supplies with him and repaired it right then and there. We will definitely call Mike Moore plumbing for any future needs!!

Had the new plumbing company come out today to look at the water tank installed by Mike Moore Plumbing in 2015. The part they "" replaced"" didn't have quite enough threads for a proper fit, no plumbing tape and best of all......tightened too much causing a crack all the way down past the threads. They charged me over 200.00 a year ago to do the work while tank was installed three years ago and under warranty. When I called them regarding exact same spot leaking, wanted another 200 to fix the same part but turns out..... they created it. Bad customer service, obviously shoddy work. Saved the part they replaced and cracked if anyone wants a picture. Totally disgusted.

My cat was in the garage and was on top of the water heater in the corner, and somehow managed to fall down and get stuck behind it. There wasn't enough room for him to squeeze past on either side, and he was getting very upset, so I started calling plumbers. Only problem is, THIS WAS ON A SUNDAY MORNING. My neighbor helped me get started draining the water out of the tank, but I didn't want to try moving the tank myself. The plumbers I called mostly were not answering or calling back. One that I did get ahold of told me that he would probably charge me upwards of $600 since it was Sunday morning (I kid you not). When I called Mike Moore, he returned my call rather quickly, and readily agreed to come out and help me disconnect the tank and move it enough to free the cat, and get it back into place and refilled and working properly. He was very friendly, courteous, and genuinely concerned about the cat's predicament --- or at least MY distress. His bill was, I thought, very reasonable --- so much so that I tipped him $25. I don't know if they would always be so accommodating on a Sunday morning, but in this one instance they were my hero. This happened a couple of years ago, but I have continued to use Mike Moore Plumbing --- at least once more --- and have not been disappointed.
