We found Mike through a referral when our upstairs shower plumbing leaked in the wall and through the ceiling into the first floor. Mike figures out where the leak was opened up the wall and capped off the pipes. Mike explained everything thoroughly, was professional and reasonable. Excellent quality of work at a very fair price.

Mike came back out because our old house has had an issue with the sink backing up. Mike figured out the drain pipe was not installed correctly and had a pitch that caused the back up. They spent all day under the house and in the basement re-piping the main drain, adding clean outs, cleaned out the other drain pipe and even installed a new faucet.

We get our furnace checked out every year in the fall. After using the same guy for years, that guy flaked out on our appointment so I called Mike. He found a couple of things that were out of code. Our heater was sitting on wooden panels rather than metal ones. Our air ducts were also touching metal pipe and the ducts were starting to melt. Our last guy had been servicing our furnace for almost 20 years and never mentioned any of this. Mike probably saved us from our house burning down at some point in the future.
