I contacted LaBella Plumbing and had immediate response. I had an issue with outside faucet leaking and was expecting a complete replacement of the faucet and connecting pipe soldered on inside of house.

Rather than replacing, the faucet was repaired with washer replacements. While I had a problem with only one, at my request both were replaced.

This was a positive experience for me, I felt they were trustworthy, honest and provide quality work as I watched entire time.

They are my plumber of choice from now on.

Without question, Mike LaBella and his team continue to set the bar for honest and fair service. This was our second experience with them, and I could not be more pleased. Our home AC stopped working on the 4th of July. We chose to use a different HVAC company, and we were immediately taken advantage of. The next day Mike came out, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Within an hour of having the correct parts needed, Mike LaBella had our AC back up and running, and his cost was literally 1/10 of what the other company wanted, and clearly his repair was all that was required. Mike LaBella and his team have earned our business, and deserve the highest praise!

I have used them in the past especially since I believe in,supporting local business. He fixed my a.c. compressor once but it has the same issue shortly after. Never could get him to come back out or return my calls. Went with a different company.

I wanted to use a local company, so I departed from my usual company and called LaBella Plumbing. Contractor was 45 minutes late for appointment with no heads up. He was rude when he arrived. Didn't offer to take off his shoes and tracked dirt into my home. When no fix was required b/c it was just a clogged showerhead, he ridiculed me for not taking care of it myself (sorry bud - I'm not a plumber). Yet he still charged me $70 for 5 minutes of his time even though he had an appointment a few doors down from me right after. Oh and he also ridiculed my shower fixture because the chrome color didn't match the bronze faucet.

The hot water shutoff valve under our kitchen sink failed. Small flood and no water! Based on neighborhood reviews, I called La Bella P & H. They took my information and he called back within the hour. He said he'd be here in two hours and was here on time. He fixed it quickly and I have water again! They're a local, family-owned business. I'd call them again anytime.

Mike and his crew did a great job replacing our water heater system. We were extremely pleased with their service. It wasn't an easy job and the finished product looks and works great. He recommended the perfect system for our home. I would highly recommend this business.

Really helpful and honest. The burner on my furnace wasn't coming on and Mike walked me through a few things to check before he came out and charged me. Even though he was sick he recommended other local plumbers who he knew wouldn't rip me off. His house call fee is reasonable. Mike will save you a bundle compared to Precision or Drain Solvers who immediately start running up massive bills.

The furnace broke right when the high temperatures were in the single digits, of course. We had the first company we could get come out (one of the bigger guys) for a diagnostic, but we weren't super happy with how we were treated. We called Mike La Bella, who was able to come out to do the repair, work with our schedules, and replace the inducer motor for cheaper than the other company had quoted us, by hundreds of dollars. It's been a week, and it works like a champ.

The nice thing about Mike La Bella Plumbing and Heating is they're willing to talk to you about costs and the lifespans and options of your system, without giving you the bigger-company spiel about ""we can't tell you that information without an agreement to do the repair."" Talking to Mike La Bella feels more like talking to a trusted mechanic than a shady businessman focused on the upsell. We would definitely recommend this company.

These guys just came out within 24 hours of my call and got our swamp cooler working and installed a water line to our ice maker. Great service, super quick, honest reasonable prices. Definitely using them again.
