We've been overwhelmed w a Terrible Contractor. When I told my husband the main bath smelled mildewed, whoosh over his head, till he went to grab soap! Oh look it's flooded, moldy and totally gross! For tragic reasons our great Plumber gone! Replacement guy, terrible. Mike Jones serves S MD. He had a terrible day, non stop, everything ran long. I was sure since it was after 8 pm he wasn't going to come. But, he sure did. Fixed our leak, said if it didn't take call him in the morning, lol. He even flushed out a faucet that got sediment in it from our well. I can actually use it! It was really late, so we're gonna text him our plumbing to-do's have him scheduled a day with us.
Professional, honest, if he says he'll be there. He WILL be there! Also kept us posted ETA, and fair pricing. I think he's a Plumbing Angel ; ). Oh,and he didn't mind that our three GSD's barked every time he walked by at least 1/2 dozen times! Thank you.

I just bought a house and was shocked went I went into the basement an saw a leak. I immediately checked yelp for the closest plumber with great reviews. Yep. Mike Jones!

I called him in the late afternoon and he told me to turn the water off if necessary (it wasn't) and the showed up early the following morning. Let me add that he was willing to come the same evening if I said it was necessary.

Mike was knowledgeable about all things plumbing, which everyone who owns their own home or business can appreciate. He checked out everything and let me know what the problem was (thanking God it was only minor) and he turned the water line off that I never would have been able to find anyway.

Needless to say, Mike Jones Plumbing is who I'll be calling for my home plumbing needs now. Thanks Mike Jones!!! (You have to say his full name to get the full effect! Mike Jones!

Oh and with me being new to the area, He told me the best places for food, agricultural markets, and lots of other stuff. Overall I am satisfied with This business.

Mike is totally amazing with 5 star service all the way. We had a gas leak and had to have the gas to whole house shut off. Mike came to our home in Bethesda the same day we called and he assessed the situation then drove another hour for parts and came back and installed a shut-off valve so the gas could be turned back on the same day. The next day he returned and proceeded to replace 30 feet of rusted pipe that was under our deck in a hard to reach area leading to our outdoor grill. A better plumber than Mike you will not find and we would never hesitate to call him back again. He and his assistant were very polite, and wore masks due to the COVID situation.

We have an outside spigot that hasn't worked without leaking for years. Finally asked for recommendations and Mike was referred. Within four hours Mike had shown up, assessed the problem, obtained the parts and fixed the leak/spigot, all at a reasonable cost!
