Don't EVER use Ingrilli plumbing. They admit of misrepresentation, falsification. Instead of coming back out to finish the job they chose not to. The plumber KNEW he was on camera when looking at the camera and making a statement. Their outright refusal to make things right ""we know it all"" attitude from the top down because Mike finally returned a call on the 3rd attempt. I have their Ingrilli receipts, in their truck, their uniform and they admit of wrongdoing. YET won't stand behind their work!

Don't ever use Ingrilli Plumbing! They overcharge and they will not come back and fix something that they installed and should be warranted. We used him several times and every time they had to go back and fix what they installed. And, they wanted to charge us for the work that they Installed incorrectly. See below the video and picture of the invoice and the faucet they installed. According to the tenants, it's been leaking for a while, but they just brought it to our attention. I called Mike to ask if this would be warranted and he basically yelled and said this is going to be a charge to come back back out there. He referenced another job he had done for us that they completely installed wrong and had to come back and redo without charging us. He is still very upset. I guess he thinks that when his technicians install it wrong that the customer should pay double the price to have them reinstall it correctly? We are still dealing with this a year later. Obviously, we are using a more professional, reliable, plumbing company. Save yourself the headache and stress because there are plenty of plumbing companies out there to use and Mike Ingrilli is not one of them! He is very rude and unprofessional!

I had a complicated plumbing issue involving the sewer line. Over the course of 2 days, the plumbers addressing this were professional, efficient, and diligent in trying to clear the clog. Rather than a straight sewer pipe out to the road, mine involved running through the back yard and around the garage before leading to the road - a real challenge! They didn't give up and kept working at it until it was cleared. Considering I was facing a possible sewer pipe break/damage and a significant costly replacement, I was grateful for their expertise and persistence. I recommend this company for your plumbing problems!

Used them 2 times in the past because the work was good, but this time it was booked under my wife's name. Work was performed, but invoiced for an extra hour at 173.00/hr for labor plus a ""mobilization"" fee. Plumber was in/out of house a little over 1hr. When asked about a reasonable prorated adjustment, they stated that ""dispatch"" time is included and they bill by the half hour intervals, yet they clearly charged a full hour over. Not usually a clock watcher, but the front office response was fairly rude and I was kinda put off. Back office needs work. Puts a bad name to the business willing to have his name on it, in my opinion.

We had an old utility sink in the basement removed and a new one installed.
Mile Ingrilli came and gave an appraisal of the work and cost. It was a seamless process. I thought it would be an involved process, but he made it hassle free. Many thanks to Mike and his team David and Ben. They made an involved process efficient and well-done. We have no hesitation to call them for future plumbing needs. We will definitely turn to them for our plumbing concerns. Thanks, Mike, David, and Ben!

Tried for 10 days to get an estimate and never heard back. I received 1 call from Mike getting specifics of the job, I sent pics and nothing. Multiple emails/texts were also sent with no response from Mike or his assistant Dillon. I guess replacing all plumbing fixtures, including toilets in 2 bathrooms as well as fixture and insinkerator in kitchen was too much for him. UPDATE: I finally did receive the quote after posting this review.

I had plumbers from Mike Ingrilli visit my home on 2 occasions in the past year. The first was to discover the source of blockage in my basement toilet/shower (rocks deposited in the pipe from a waterproofing project). The second was to remove the rocks. Both times the plumbers were on time, professional, and performed their work with precision and efficiency. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up when they were finished. I will for sure hire them again for any plumbing issues at my home.

We had a clogged drain in the basement that I couldn't get cleared. We sent a request through Homeadvisor to Mike Ingrilli Plumbing. Within 5 minutes Mike called me. He gave me an estimate over the phone and said a plumber would be over by 2pm, (this was a Saturday btw.) David the plumber showed up in a van within the hour! He was very professional, asked what the problem was and where. I showed him to the basement and he had the drain cleared in under 30 minutes. Also, we paid less that we figured it would be. I would definitely use Mike Ingrilli Plumbing again.
