Peggy H.Would give a zero but not optional. He is unreliable and never returns calls. They come look, we give a deposit and then Mike has others call and make excuses. Then he doesn't show up or call back. He hasn't changed in 20 years. Actually, he's gotten worse. Don't waste your time or money.
