Mike Hensley Plumbing, Inc. was established in 1990 by Michael W. Hensley, the company's President. Initially, Mike balanced a full-time job while contracting with other plumbers during evenings for overflow work. When the pressure grew too high, Mike made the choice to go independent. The business started as a solo venture, with Mike and his wife managing all inquiries while he worked tirelessly. Mike remained steadfast in his resolve.
By 1994, as things became overwhelming, Kelly left her position at a law firm to work full-time managing the office. At that time, Mike Hensley Plumbing, Inc. was growing quickly, leading to the need for additional staff. We now employ 20 individuals, offering them great benefits and retirement plans to ensure their well-being.

I made the mistake of calling Roto-Rooter. After they made me wait during a four window and no showed, Mike Hensley stepped in and sent a plumber right out. He was amazing. He worked fast and efficiently and made sure to help me understand he would try to fix it as cost effectively as possible. I definitely felt like he cared about his craft and was interested in helping me fix my issue without going broke.
