Mike Hensley Plumbing, Inc. was established in 1990 by Michael W. Hensley, the company's President. At first, Mike juggled a full-time position and took on contracting work from other plumbers at night for jobs they couldn't manage. When the pressure grew too high, Mike made the choice to go independent. Mike Hensley Plumbing began as a one-man operation, with Mike and his wife handling all calls while he worked around the clock. He never wavered in his commitment.
By 1994, as things became overwhelming, Kelly left her position at a law firm to work full-time managing the office. At that time, Mike Hensley Plumbing, Inc. was growing quickly, leading to the need for additional staff. Today, our team has grown to 20 employees, and we provide them with comprehensive benefits and retirement options.

I made the mistake of calling Roto-Rooter. After they made me wait during a four window and no showed, Mike Hensley stepped in and sent a plumber right out. He was amazing. He worked fast and efficiently and made sure to help me understand he would try to fix it as cost effectively as possible. I definitely felt like he cared about his craft and was interested in helping me fix my issue without going broke.

They do not take care of the problem. They snaked my drain, said it was all clear and the same problem happened one month later. I called and they told me it was my problem. I guess I'll find a plumber that cares to do it right the first time instead of just gouging me for the same problem over and over.
I was very pleased by the fast service and resonable price. Being a contractor my self, plumbers are usually the worst on time and price.
