Had them give a quote for an AC repair. I authorized the job based off that quote and the next day when I went to pay the charge was over $100 more and they didnt do any other work. Their upcharge for a $155 part was $325 in addition to the extra $100 from nowhere. I cannot recommend them anymore.

Took advantage of our dad's death and sold my sister an AC. Overcharged by almost $2000. Agreed to take back unit and refund. Only paid back the overcharge and basically stole the unit. She lost $4000. DO NOT CALL THESE SORRY EXCUSES FOR HUMANS.

I am regretful of having used these guys. First, they overcharged me and the installation they did was so poor that it damaged my house. They argued about fixing the damage. I do not know how they stay in business.

This was the first time that I used Mike Graham and I was impressed with Chuck to resolve my plumbing issues. He seemed really determined to make sure that I was a happy customer before he left. He explained everything to me and gave me pricing on what he needed to do. I was so happy with the end results. Chuck and his assistant Layton were very courteous and personable. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT GO HERE! They will overcharge and scam you! I had a guy come to my house to fix a leakage of my house was charged 245$ for them to just change a filter "which I still had to go buy myself" and unclog a pipe. A week later my house was still leaking, I called them and when they finally got back to me they had another guy come over and say it was a completely another issue. They wanted to recharge me again. Even though they had already charged me a week ago and didn't fix the issue.They were extremely rude. They completely take advantage of people. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else!

I called This guy to come to my house for service since my air condition stop working. I decide to call this guys after reading online review.
They checked inside and out side to check if everything is alright. Out side they open ac unit and said we need capacitor and starter . Which they charged me total $350 together same capacitor and starter you get in market for$30 each. I did look up everything same brand .
And he said your freon is empty I may need to charge it . He did not look up any where to see if ther is any leak . He said if you see it gets empty or you loose it means there is leak some where in house. I called this guy to check up every thing and paid $59 service fees extra on top op 350 to see what is working and what is not . What he was all about was $$ numbers . I had no option that day since they come down around at 1 pm and I might don't get another tech for next day . I paid Close to $800 to do that. I am sure in future I will not use this service.and never recommend for any body.

I was charged a large service fee for NOTHING. Heater didn't work when the tech left. He spent a lot of time looking at the unit and telling me what he thought was wrong with it and that the repairs would cost around $3000 or I could get a new unit for just a little more. Called another service tech he fixed the unit for $140. He didn't agree with any of the findings from Mike Grahams. BEWARE of this business.....ALWAYS get a second opinion.

I ordered their system checkup for $20. Of course they have to find some thing wrong to get you on the hook for some repairs. I wasn't surprised when he said the capacitors in my system we're going bad and offered to replace them. He wanted to charge $169 for the outside and $194 for the inside capacitor replacement. Of course he offered a service plan for additional money to reduce the repairs that day. What he did not know was that I have 7 very good friends that work on HVAC systems for the Air Force. I told the repairman that I wanted a second opinion and asked my friends. The parts he was going to install for me retail for $17 for both. The installation is simple and only involves a few wires and can be done in less than a half hour. Mike Graham heating and cooling is a company to avoid.
